My heart sank when I saw Molly's face all red and the blood on her lip. I truly thought she would be safe inside the pack house, my pack house. I really didn't think Jaci, would be so stupid as to attack her like she did and cause a scene in front of everyone, simply because she was human. I also didn't want to rush Molly into anything, but I think the sooner the pack realize she is my mate and their future Luna, they will respect her more and hopefully protect her. It shouldn't matter to anyone else if she is human, once I have acknowledged her as my mate. Anyone that wants to challenge me can. It sounds barbaric, but it's in my nature as a wolf.
