Forgotten Dream

Days had passed and the doctor allowed me to leave the hospital. This is my last day here. I still can't believe what just happened. I still can't believe that it all happened just because of a mere....
"Wait, What thing is that again?" I said as I look up, trying to remember what it was.
I'm sure there is this one thing that caused all of what had happened to me but, I couldn't remember what it was. Whatever I do, I just couldn't remember it. For sure I know what it was because that is the reason why I am here in this hospital in the first place. But mysteriously, I couldn't think of it.
My mom is currently at our house, she said that she just has to do something and she will come back to bring me home right after she finished.
What is this feeling? It feels like someone is staring at me, but no one is in here but me in this room. I am packing my things yet I feel so uncomfortable right now.
Suddenly, someone is knocking on the door. Why is It so loud?, it's like a rock is used to knock on it. "Are you trying to break the door" I whispered in myself sarcastically.
Maybe it's just the nurse, mom said that a nurse will com in here to remove my dextrose.
"Sweetie, It's me" the person knocking said. I breathe heavily, it's my mom's voice, it's just my mom. I was about to walk to the door but my phone rings, someone's calling.
I took it from the table first and as I look at who's calling...
It's my mom.
I felt chills all over my body, I feel scared. Suddenly, the knocking stopped. But in just a short span of time, someone knocks again, but this time, it's just a normal one.
"Sweetie, it's me" mom said. It's her voice, but I'm still scared. Just to be sure, I called my mom. Suddenly, I heard a phone ringing from outside the room, behind the door. This time, I'm sure of it, It's her. I opened the door then I saw...
Nothing!
No one is outside. It's so quiet, I looked around but there are no people." What is happening!?" I said while looking around outside the room, confused. All of a sudden, someone touched me.
" Sweetie, what's wrong?" it's my mom. I got startled, and as I look around again, there are now people outside the room, and it's quite noisy now.
"Why are you outside?" mom said while holding my arms.
"Come on you still have your dextrose on you" she added.
"Why are you already here mom?" I asked with a confused look in the face.
What just happened is too much strange, It's weird and I can't explain it.
"What are you saying? I'm already here right before you wake up, I already packed your things earlier, we just have to wait for the nurse to remove you dextrose" she said.
I looked at my things and she's right, It's already packed. But how could it be? I was the one packing it not long ago.
"But-- It's nothing, don't mind me, maybe I'm just tired or something" I just said. But I know what just happened, I can't be mistaken, it felt so real. Everything that had happened a little while was still so fresh in my mind. It's still so clear to me that- that...
What was it? what was I thinking again? what was that? I can't remember it.
Minutes later and the nurse came, she removed my dextrose and said that I am allowed to go home right after we settled the bills.
(2 hours later...)
We got home and I am currently in my room. I missed laying on my bed so much so I went straight at it. Suddenly, I stand up.
Why do I have this feeling that I'm searching for something? It feels like I am sort of incomplete without it. I looked around my room and started searching, even though I don't know what I'm searching for. But I know that once I see it, I'll know it.
Minutes have passed but I still can't find what I'm searching for, and I still don't know what it is? Am I crazy? I think not. I'm still in a good state of mind, I guess and I hope so.
"Mei" someone whispered from behind me.
I looked at my back but no one's in there. How is it possible to have someone in here? I'm in my room.
"Mei" someone said again, but this time, it's louder than before. Then it keeps saying my name, repeatedly, louder and louder, faster and faster.
"Please stop" I said while covering my ears. I closed my eyes, and It stopped. But I'm still scared, really really scared.
I can hear someone walking in front of me, I still have my eyes closed, I don't want to open them. The steps are getting closer and closer to me.
"Please, leave me alone" I shouted as I sat on the floor.
"Mei, It's me" mom said. As I opened my eyes, the first thing I saw is my mom. I hugged her, then I looked around and I was on total shock to see where I am. I can't believe it, I started crying.
"What's wrong mei? you were shouting, asleep" mom said while wiping the tears from my eyes. I realized that I was just dreaming a little while. I was still on shock, I can still feel my heartbeat, It's so fast. I realize that I was just dreaming a little while but...
I can't remember what it was!
