A new foe or enemy?

Chapter 1: Finding Onna

Garmadon woke up early as he normally did but this time he decided to go for a walk within the forest/woods behind the building. He never expected to find a baby girl in a basket, he didn't expect to have to raise a small child. Especially since he couldn't raise Lloyd with Misako. He picked up the small baby and the baskets, he then brought them back into the monastery, he banged a gong to awake the students and call them to the dojo.

Once the students got there, they all gasped "I-Is that a serpentine?!" One asked, cowering behind another student, Garmadon nodded. "Her name seems to be Onna Kuchisake. Together we will train her when it comes to that point. However once I go, I withtrust you lot to train her or ask the ninjas to." He said, he stared at his own students who bowed and said "Hai Sensei!"

Garmadon picked up the small female, who awoke and started crying until he then shushed her by humming a soft lullaby that his father used to sing to him and Wu as children. He rocked her gently as he watched her slowly calm down "Ssshh...It's okay, you're safe...Anna..Anna Eliza Garmadon.." he spoke softly, he looked to the note and wrote down the name he called her. He looked to the small snake girl and smiled gently.

"I'll look after you..I promise. I will train you when you reach the age of five..I'll go easy then go on from there..From now on..You're my child..You have a brother..Lloyd, he is an amazing son, ninja.."

His students stared at the small wholesome moment between their Sensei and the smaller female snake. She looked up at Garmadon and her small fangs poked out of her lips making Garmadon gasp abit and think to himself 'A fangpyre?!' He stared at her and gently touched her fangs, he noticed she winced abit. He smiled softly "You're young my child..I'll make sure you have a fighting chance." He mumbled to her, he stroked her brown locks, watching as she shut her eyes, he noticed that her eyes was Silver, not the normal fangpyre's eye colour.

'What did they do to you Onna..' Garmadon thought, he then turned to look at his students "You will help aid in her growing, she will be trained in the way of Spinjitzu, if you don't wish to help aid in her growth, only come train with me when I have done with Anna."

Garmadon made that strictly clear. He watched as his students nodded and smiled. Garmadon gasped and ran to contact Wu and the Ninjas about his findings. He got ahold and panted, he looked at them "Wu! Ninjas! Please come here immediately I have a founding that will astonish you all!" He said abit excitedly, Lloyd was the one who had answered the call, with a raised eyebrow he chuckled abit seeing his fathers face light up with a happiness he had only seen once before.

"Alright dad, we will be there in a few moments/minutes."

Lloyd spoke as his Sensei gave a weird look to his brother before the connection ended, Garmadon picked up the small girl as he then spun her around causing a small laugh to come from the female. Soon the ninjas arrived and Lloyd walked to see his father playing with a small child, female by the looks of it. He raised an eyebrow

The small female noticed them, she babbled abit as her fangs showed. Wu drew his staff out and glared at his brother before asking "Garmadon! What is the meaning of this young Fangpyre doing here?! I thought all the snake tribes had gone back down underground!" He snapped abit, concerned of the ability of his brother to see the dangers of a fangpyre. However, his students got into fighting positions infront of Garmadon and the child. Lloyd slowly made a energy orb, Garmadon turned his back and held the small girl close to his chest.

Zane noticed this and yelled "HALT! Look at him! He wouldn't protect a snake child for no reason now would he?!" Wu realised this, he stopped and looked at his brother "Brother, what is her name. Why is she here?" Wu asked slowly as he watched Garmadon turn to face him "She was left outside in the woods/forest, from what I've gathered she was there for at least three days. She must be hungry..I don't know how to feed a child however, especially a child snake.."

Zane walked over and looked to the smaller child, he blinked when she reached out to him, he noticed that the small girl had an innocent look "I think she will fit in perfectly.." he said with a small smile, he laughed abit as he watched the small girl. He looked at Garmadon for permission to hold her, which Garmadon gave the small child to Zane who held her "She is fairly tiny for a snake child..I do hope she is raised well.." Zane scanned the child, he saw nothing wrong and smiled. He then did a small Spinjitzu tornado after placing the small girl down, he stopped after he also made a small chair for her as the others watched

"I think Zane likes her. He seemed to have calmed her down" Garmadon said softly as he watched, he was amazed by how easily it was to calm her down. He grunted abit as he looked to see that the small female had knocked into leg, he smiled softly "You'll be safe Anna..I promise you that.." he said to himself.

"Brother, you seem to care. Have you decided to take this child in as your own?" Wu spoke softly to Garmadon, who smiled to the small female trying to crawl towards the ninjas, Jay screaming nonsense and running around from it made a small chuckle come from Garmadon as he smiled "She will grow up to be a fine warrior.., maybe to assist the ninjas or make her own group. But she will help us one way or another as she will be raised in the path of good. I promise you this now brother"

Wu chuckled softly as he watched the scene unfold, before grew surprised when both Cole and Lloyd frightened the child, Lloyd only knelt down to look at the child properly but had ended up scaring the child to the point she curled into a ball as best she could. The other ninjas stared shocked until Wu and Garmadon said "Lloyd..What did you do?!.."

Hours Later

Hours later Wu and the Ninjas left as Garmadon began to train his students, Onna had been placed into the basket so she could sleep, however not long after she was awoken by the sound of banging, scared the female began to cry in panic/fear, to which the nearest student rushed in and tended to her, calming and soothing her. The student smiled softly as he bounced her gently "Sshh..It's alright, you're alright. They are just training. They will be done soon..Alright?" However..Garmadon and the other students did this as a test to see. The student sat down and hummed a soft lullaby, watching as the small female slowly began to drift off back to sleep. He didn't leave until he knew she was calm and asleep peacefully this made the other students and Garmadon abit surprised to why he knew how to soothe her quickly, however Garmadon noticed the same skin on the student and smiled 'Ah..She has a sibling here..' he thought.

Garmadon chuckled softly "Well done. You've passed your test" he said abit proud of the student, he then hummed "Now, rest up. I know you lot was training while me brother, son and the ninjas was here. I'm proud of you all for today. It has been abit hard after finding the girl and bringing her in" Garmadon spoke softly, he was certainly proud of his students and well they easily accepted Onna..however something was on his mind 'Who would leave this small child here...' especially in cold weather, it was surprising to him.

The student looked at Garmadon with slight anger as he spoke up "And leave her?! No! She will need warmth- lots and lots of warmth-!" The student went to speak more until Garmadon gave a look that asked 'Do you think I'M STUPID?!' As his eyes narrowed towards the student, the student squeaked slightly "S-Sorry Sensei." The student said and went to students chambers as Garmadon sighed "Tell him to not question my choices, please" he said as he walked over to the girl and picked her up.

"I'll see if I can go to a village and ask for handmade clothes done for you.." he mumbled softly, smiling to see she was asleep. He went to his own chambers with the small child.

Later that night

While everyone was asleep, Lloyd, Zane, Cole and Jay was outside thinking of earlier. Zane looked at the building and scanned it to see where the students was, however he gasped when he saw they was all over the place, his eyes widened "Guys, they are all over the place! We'd be caught easily!" He whisper-shouted at them, his eyes narrowed after he heard rustling in the bushes, he looked and saw that it was just a small rabbit, he sighed.

"Guys..I don't have a good feeling about that girl, I feel like she will turn everything into a snake if she isn't put into prison now..Even if this is my fathers choice in protecting her.." Lloyd said lowly, he didn't sound upbeat like normal. He sounded angered or annoyed..

However all of the ninjas slowly fell asleep, they all fell down to the ground but Jay noticed a grown snake slither towards the building that held the small female, he used his lightning nunchucks to send a lightning zap straight into the sky to alert the students to Garmadon. The students that saw it got ready to fight against whoever it was...
