Chapter 1: THE FOUR KINGDOMS AND IT'S RULERS
The Four Kingdoms and the Rise of the High Queen
The four kingdoms control the world through the four elements. Each kingdom is ruled by a King and Queen.
Their Princesses and Princes cannot ascend to the throne until they are designated as the next Queen or King.
From childhood, they are trained at the Magic Academy (for Princesses) and the Bravery Academy (for Princes). These academies are open not only to those of royal blood but also to anyone capable of controlling one of the four elements.
In the Mortal world, magic is not believed in; to them, it's mere fantasy.
Long ago, Mortals and Immortals shared the same world. However, due to differing beliefs and perspectives, the Higher Kingdom decided to separate the two realms.
Magic was erased from the memories of the people, while the Immortals were tasked with guiding and safeguarding the four elements to sustain the Mortals. Each world developed its own way of life according to its laws.
The Higher Kingdom, the supreme realm, houses the Queen of all Queens and the King of all Kings. They are the stewards of peace across the four elemental kingdoms.
When the High Queen gives birth to the next Queen or King, the High King passes on their duties upon the child's eighteenth birthday.
However, with the child's birth, the High King and Queen lose their powers, which are immediately transferred to their child.
The day everyone awaited arrived—the birth of the next ruler. The people gathered in the Higher Kingdom, and after hours, it was announced that the new High Queen had been born.
Everyone bowed and paid homage to the arrival of the new Queen, named Leilani. Leilani means 'heavenly flowers' or 'royal child'.
The child's destiny was set: to become High Queen at eighteen. The hearts of the Immortal world's citizens were filled with joy, for a new high ruler would maintain peace.
For many centuries, life in the Immortal world was joyful, colorful, and peaceful. The four elemental kingdoms were harmoniously ruled.
Until the baby who was to become the next High Queen was stolen when she was only a few months old. Her mother nearly lost her sanity, blaming herself for her child's disappearance.
Months later, a new kingdom emerged—the Dark Kingdom, ruled by Dark Queen Keya.
Keya, twin sister of Fire Queen Reya and former rival of High Queen Laraya for the affections of High King Leo, turned to envy and darkness. She once attempted to kill Reya when she wasn't chosen as the next Fire Kingdom Queen. As punishment, she was imprisoned, though someone managed to free her—an unsolved mystery.
It is believed that Keya orchestrated the disappearance of High Queen Leilani. She claimed to have killed the baby, but Laraya didn't believe her. As a mother, she felt her daughter was still alive.
15 YEARS LATER...
Fifteen years have passed, and the once peaceful Immortal world is now in turmoil. The Dark Kingdom grows stronger.
The Higher Kingdom cannot intervene, as the powers of the King and Queen have been transferred to their child.
Keya continues to attempt to conquer the Four Kingdoms but fails repeatedly. The four kingdoms remain united under the guidance of the Higher Kingdom. However, they are not complacent, especially with the High Queen still missing.
The Four Element Kingdoms
• Air Kingdom
Located in the northern skies above Yamako, the Air Kingdom is ruled by King Habagat and Queen Amihan. This floating realm is adorned with a vast variety of flowers and is renowned for its people's exceptional skills in aerial combat.
• Fire Kingdom
Situated in the southern land of Saroya, the Fire Kingdom is ruled by King Tiredor and Queen Reya. The kingdom is encircled by four active volcanoes and rivers of magma. Fire Kingdom warriors are famed for their mastery in warfare and their ability to command dragons, which serve as their primary means of aerial transport.
• Earth Kingdom
Deep within the forested land of Godon, the Earth Kingdom is ruled by King Sandro and Queen Ivy. Their realm is nestled within the great Life Tree, surrounded by towering trees and thriving vegetation. Their people wear garments woven from leaves and silver, reflecting their deep bond with nature. For long-distance travel, they ride giant birds known as Amayala. The royal family includes Prince Luis and Prince Yuhan, both currently training at the Magic Academy.
• Water Kingdom
Beneath the vast Infinite Ocean in the west lies the Water Kingdom, ruled by King Mio and Queen Zeni. Inhabited primarily by merfolk, only those of royal blood can transform and walk on land. Their daughter, Princess Kaomi, trains at the Magic Academy alongside her cousin, Princess Thalina.
The Higher Kingdom of Goodness and Light
At the heart of the Immortal World lies the Higher Kingdom, ruled by the High King and High Queen. This sacred realm is located in the Holy Land, the second-largest territory in the Immortal World. Surrounded by lush forests, radiant flowers, and treasures such as gold, silver, crystals, and pearls, it stands as a symbol of unity and light for all four elemental kingdoms.
The Dark Kingdom of Evil and Darkness
Positioned beyond the southern Fire Kingdom, the Dark Kingdom is a land steeped in shadows. Its territory is surrounded by black seas, towering bones, and perpetual dark clouds. Black dragons with glowing red eyes and skeletal birds serve as their aerial beasts. Once ruled by the feared King Argos, the kingdom fell into ruin after his death. Now, under the merciless reign of Queen Keya, the Dark Kingdom rises once more, more dangerous than ever.
Other Realms, Lands, Forests, and Their Rulers
Realm of the Fairies
The largest domain in the Immortal World, the Realm of the Fairies is divided into six kingdoms:
Sun and Moon Kingdom
Nature Kingdom
Sound Kingdom
Technology Kingdom
Waves Kingdom
Life Kingdom
Ruled by the Fairy Queen and King, this realm is home to many kinds of fairies, each representing a different force or concept. Among them, the most prominent are the fairies of Sun and Moon, Nature, Music, Technology, Love, Hope, Peace, and War.
Realm of Trichanted
This realm is divided into three villages, each inhabited by unique magic-wielding communities. Unlike other realms, it has no king or queen; instead, it is governed by the Elders.
Wizard Village: Inhabited by wizards who use wands to cast spells. Their strength lies in ancient books, incantations, and magical studies.
Acolyte Village: Home to spiritual healers known as Acolytes. They wield staves of light and use their holiness to cleanse dark magic and purify souls.
Mage Village: The mages here channel power directly through their hands. Left-handed mages are said to be significantly more powerful.
Additionally, the Invisible Forest lies hidden within this realm. Home to the Wolfies, it is accessible only through a secret portal known solely to them. No outsider can find or enter it.
Realm of the Mystic Forest
Known as the "Flesh Eater Realm," this dark and dangerous forest is home to Fonias, black dragons, and other malevolent creatures. Though a few good beings dwell within, they are vastly outnumbered by the wicked. Those who stray into this realm rarely survive.
Realm of Frost
A realm encased entirely in ice and snow, including:
The Ice Castle
The Ice King and Queen
Ice Immortals
Frozen flora and fauna
Icy monsters
This realm is completely isolated from the rest of the world. No one enters or leaves. The Frost Realm respects and answers only to the High Queen, honoring her authority above all.
Forest of Everlast
The sacred home of the Guardians — powerful beings immune to all forms of magic. They rely solely on strength and loyalty. The Guardians serve no one but the High Queen.
At the forest's center lies the Everlast Dungeon, a prison where criminals and sinners are held under heavy guard. It is a place of no return.
Forest of Witches
A land of dark magic and arcane arts, known for:
Spellcasting with black magic
Broomsticks and wands
The prestigious Witch Academy
The witches of this forest are feared and respected for their knowledge of powerful and ancient sorcery.
