CHAPTER 2
The next morning, Daisy was getting Joey ready for the school bus when there was a knock on the door. When Mark opened the door, he found Moon Walking there.
“Good morning, come in,” said Mark with a smile.
Moon Walking graciously came inside and smiled at Doris. “I wanted to catch you early before the bus came. I have made arrangements for the young ones to attend class at the reservation school as observers. It will be good for them to be occupied, and all of the children can learn from each other,” said Moon Walking.
Doris turned to Orin and Sarah. “Would you like to go to class with Joey?” Both children nodded vigorously. “Okay, I don’t see why not, as long as you want to go,” she said to the smiling children. Joey was smiling just as big as Orin and Sarah.
