Annihilation

Li Chengfeng continued cautiously, scanning his surroundings to avoid any unexpected ambushes from the aberrations. As he ventured deeper into the building, he found a broken staircase that led to the higher floors. The fourth floor was the rooftop, could the aberration have escaped there? Black mist poured out of the Qilian General sword, lifting its wielder and carrying him to the top of the broken stairs. Li Chengfeng moved swiftly, pushing through the shattered rooftop door and rushing out onto the roof. What greeted him there was beyond his expectations—a standoff between two equally terrifying aberrations! One was a massive, monstrous giant. The other, a ferocious and terrifying werewolf. The two locked eyes, both glaring at each other with a deadly, hostile intent, as if they were mortal enemies. Li Chengfeng immediately hid, not daring to make a sound. Having been a slayer for so long, he had encountered countless aberrations, but he had never seen them fight each other. It was an extremely rare sight! These creatures could potentially form alliances or be at odds with each other, but direct combat between them was unheard of in all his years in the bureau. "Roar!" The two aberrations roared in unison, breaking the brief standoff as they charged into battle. The werewolf moved with incredible agility, slashing and dodging, striking at the giant’s vulnerable spots without taking a single hit. Li Chengfeng found it strange—this werewolf fought in a way that resembled human martial arts. He had encountered many aberrations over the years. Most of them were reckless in battle, ignoring their injuries to bite and fight to the death. They fought with a relentless, no-holds-barred style. But this werewolf was different—it was agile, never overextending its strikes, and seemed highly cautious, as though it feared being hurt. Its movements even suggested it was trained in some form of combat. The giant, on the other hand, was a typical aberration—clumsy and savage, relying purely on brute force and instinct, swinging its massive fists wildly. Ye Sha, in the form of a werewolf, moved with the grace of a seasoned predator, like the most experienced hunter in the jungle. He harassed the giant, attacking its weak points and avoiding its retaliation effortlessly. The giant monster’s speed was no match for the werewolf. It swung its fists blindly, enraged, unable to land a hit. Riiip! A sharp tearing sound echoed through the air as Ye Sha’s claws raked off a large chunk of the giant’s flesh. The giant howled in pain, swinging its massive leg at Ye Sha, but once again, the werewolf was too fast, and another chunk of flesh was torn away from the giant's leg. Ye Sha focused his attacks on the monster’s legs, hoping to limit its mobility. After each successful strike, he immediately retreated, repositioning himself for another hit. The giant staggered, its injured leg buckling under its own weight. Ye Sha didn’t hesitate; he pounced from behind, kicking the giant’s back with all his strength. The force of the blow shattered the giant’s balance, and it collapsed to the ground with a deafening crash. The werewolf wasted no time. As the giant fell, Ye Sha leaped onto its back, his claws tearing through its flesh, and his teeth sank into its skull. It was clear that Ye Sha harbored an immense hatred for this aberration, and in that moment, he seemed to forget that he was human at all. Like a wild beast, he savagely tore at the monster’s body. The giant groaned in agony, struggling to rise, but it couldn’t shake off the werewolf from its back. Desperate, it tried to fall backward to crush Ye Sha with its massive weight. But the werewolf was quick. At the last moment, just before the giant’s body crashed down, Ye Sha spun away, maneuvering to the front of the monster. His claws dug deep into the giant’s eyes, black blood pouring out as it lost its sight. The giant howled in pain, but its massive form remained on the ground, unable to get up again. Ye Sha continued to rip into its flesh with relentless fury, his teeth sinking into the monster’s arm. His powerful jaws shredded the muscle and flesh, exposing its white bones. The giant cried out in agony, its remaining fist swinging wildly to push Ye Sha off, but the werewolf was too fast, easily evading the blow. Ye Sha had a quick thought, and with precision, he grabbed the giant’s dismembered arm with his claws and used it as a shield against the giant’s remaining fist. "Roar!!!" The giant let out a heart-wrenching cry, even louder than before, as it struck its own severed arm with a tremendous blow. The force of the impact sent Ye Sha flying several meters back, but he quickly regained his footing and slowly advanced toward the giant, still holding its severed arm. "Die!" Ye Sha growled, raising the heavy arm like a massive hammer and bringing it down onto the giant’s head. Bang! The first strike caved in the giant’s skull, black blood flooding the ground beneath it. The once towering figure slumped to the ground, never to rise again. "Ahhhhh!!!" Ye Sha’s rage was uncontrollable. He continued to hammer away at the giant’s broken body with the heavy arm, crushing it into a twisted, mangled mess. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the eerie sense of danger that had gripped Ye Sha’s instincts vanished. He exhaled sharply, throwing the heavy arm aside and taking a few ragged breaths. The giant was no more.
