Chapter 11

Finally, it was the day when the couples were going to tie the knot and everyone around them was happy for them. But along with happiness, the youngsters were sad too because after this they will have to get back to their daily monotonous life and wouldn't have time to enjoy. While for Zubin he was tensed that if today he doesn't talk to Imara then tomorrow evening after the reception Imara would leave him and go back.

The day passed in a blur, every single person was running behind something and looking at the preparations. While the girls were with Zoe in the parlor. Zubin went to the airport to receive his mom. He haven't said his mom about Imara yet. The reached the palace and his mom moved towards her room to get ready while Zubin moved towards the groom's room. They have decided to get ready together. All of them were in traditional outfits.

Finally, the priest has called the bride and the groom on the stage for the final proceedings. Rayan moved towards the stage and settled on his place and after few minutes the bride entered with her bridesmaids on her side and sat on her place. The priest started chanting the hymns while someone was shocked looking at Imara. Zubin's mom was shocked when she saw Imara besides Zoe and all that she could do was to shed tears. She loved Imara like her daughter but then suddenly she left leaving all of them behind. Though she knew that Imara had a reason or else she wouldn't have left everything like that but then she was very hurt but today she decided to confront her. Imara also saw her and all that she wished for is to hug her tight and cry her heart out because she has missed her the most out of all.

The ceremony came to an end when the priest declared that they are married and asked the couples to take the elder's blessings. The guests started moving towards the food section to have their dinner while Zubin's mom took Imara with her in the room before anyone could say anything. Everyone saw this but they knew that they had to talk a lot but then Zubin was worried that what if his mom blasts on her because she left, his worry was seen on his face which was clearly noticed by Abraham who came to talk to him. "What's wrong buddy? You seen worried is everything alright?", questioned Abraham. "Nothing I am okay", replied Zubin. 

Zubin held grudges against Abraham because he loves Imara and he is planning to take her away. Before he could move away from him he heard Abraham saying something that shocked him to the core," So you have fallen in love with her? That's the reason you hate me because she is with me?" "Yes I love her but then I know you are not at fault. She is an amazing girl, it's impossible to not fall in love. I hate myself for not realizing this earlier. You love her a lot?", questioned Zubin " more than my life, I love her so much na that I could just give up on my life without even thinking anything. She is someone who is so strong. I swear buddy she was in such a bad condition when I saw her after she left you all. She is a fighter and she has immersed more strong. But in all this, she has lost faith in love. She knows I love her and I guess she was ready to give me a chance too but then you came back in her life", said Abraham with some tears in his eyes.

Listening to him Zubin was completely broken he knew that she was in a very bad condition after he ditched her. After that Abraham changed the topic and made the conversation light. While Zubin's mom took Imara with her to her room. "So you are back and didn't even tell me? When you left you didn't inform me and when you are back it's the same. Didn't you once think about me? How would I feel when I would lose my daughter? What happened that you left me? Was the matter so big that I couldn't heal my daughter!", questioned mom with tears flowing down from her eyes. 

"No mom it's nothing like that it was an emergency and I had to leave. Mumma was not well and so I went but then I couldn't come back. I got busy with my career and life and when I came back I planned to tell you but then I had a business emergency and we had to fly back again and after that I came back for this wedding. Please forgive me", said Imara softly holding her tears that were planning to flow. "It's okay I'll forgive you, but don't leave me again like this. So what do you do?", Questioned mom. 

"I am a writer, you know 'immu'?" Asked Imara. "Oh my god, you are that famous writer. I am so proud of my baby! ", Exclaimed mom. "So how are you? And how is everything going?", questioned Imara. Listening to this she thought to share about her problem maybe Imara could help her. "I am good and now I'll be more good because you came back and about everything it's fine but I want your help", said mom.

"Yes tell na, if I could do something I'll be more then happy", said Imara with a smile. "Actually you know right Zubin is already 28yrs old and he would turn 29 in few months. I want him to get married but he is not ready for it yet. I want you to talk about this with him, he was your best friend and never says no for anything to you. If you will say he would listen to you. I don't even have a problem if he wants to get married to someone he loves but he is not ready only. Can you please convince him?", Revealed mom.

 Listening to her Imara was shocked, she had to basically tell her love to get married to someone else but then she knows that it's time. She has a secret and above that Zubin never loved her and he would never do. She could forgive him but not forget because of his actions she is still getting horrible nightmares. If he wouldn't have done that then the things would have been different. Keeping her thoughts aside she promised mom to help her out and with that, they left towards the dining area where everyone was waiting.

Here Zubin was going mad out of curiosity. He was worried that his mom would have hurt Imara but then somewhere down the line, he knew that she loves Imara more than anyone she would have given her a chance to explain herself. When suddenly he saw them coming towards the table with a smile on their face and he knew that everything is alright. Now he was sure to talk about them to Imara after the dinner when the couples move towards the surprise that Rayan has planned for Zoe and others move towards their room. He thought to message Imara to meet him but before he could message he saw her message stating that she wants to talk to so he should come to her room. He was very happy that finally he could talk and clear things out, but he was not aware that a shock was waiting for him.

After completing their dinner the couples bid bye to everyone and moved towards their destination while the others moved towards their rooms to sleep because they were already very tired after running around the whole day. While for Zubin he moved towards his room and got himself changed and moved towards Imara's room. Imara also got herself changed and was thinking about how should she talk about marriage with Zubin.
