“Look at this town,” Alexander remarked as they slowly drove through. “Who could do such a thing. That monster has destroyed so many people’s lives and homes,” Lilith kept quiet guilt and shame rising in her.
She was happy that he didn’t hate her for turning him, but would he still feel the same if he knew she helped her father. That she was the reason for all this destruction and pain.
