I escorted my mother out of Sam’s bedroom. We walked in silence until she said, “I need to talk to your father. I will not have you boys acting like idiots with the nanny,” she proclaimed.
“Fine,” I sighed.

“Your mother is up to something,” Brutus linked to me.
“Yeah, she’s pissed that her sons are grown men,” I replied.
“No, I think something is off. I’m not alone in this; Eros feels something strange too,” Brutus replied.
