Mia and Ava walked down the hallway, their laughter echoing through the crowded corridors. "Did you see Justin's new haircut?" Mia asked, her eyes sparkling with excitement. Ava rolled her eyes, "Girl, he's not that cute." But her heart skipped a beat when she spotted him chatting with their friend, Alex. Mia sighed, "I wish he'd notice me." Ava's ears perked up, "What? You like Justin?" Mia's cheeks flushed, "Shh, don't tell anyone." Ava smiled sweetly, "Your secret's safe with me." 😏 She mentally noted Mia's crush, filing it away for future reference. As they walked to their next class, Ava "accidentally" bumped into Justin, spilling her coffee on his crisp white shirt. "Oh no, I'm so sorry!" she exclaimed, her voice dripping with concern. As she apologized, she made sure to touch his arm, feeling a spark of electricity. "I'll get Mia to help you clean up," she said, calling out to her unsuspecting friend. Mia, always the helper, jumped up from her seat. "I'll grab some paper towels!" she said, rushing off to the nearest bathroom. Justin smiled, "Thanks, Mia. Sorry about your shirt, Ava." Ava waved it off, "Don't worry about it. I'll just go change real quick." As they parted ways, Ava caught Mia's eye, mouthing "good luck" with a wink. Mia blushed, thinking Ava was just being supportive. Little did she know, Ava was secretly plotting her next move. Back in the bathroom, Ava texted her friend, Rachel: "Justin is SO into me. Mia's just a distraction." She smiled to herself, feeling confident in her plan. The game was on, and Ava was determined to win.
