Carter POV It was no secret I had obviously upset Scarlett down at the hospital. She had refused to join the rest of us for a meeting, stating that if it were not an order, she would prefer to do research on her own terms. I had split everyone up, delegating specific jobs to each ranking member. Harry was still in charge of patrols and security as well as connecting with Warren on how the Elite’s were assembling. The Elite’s would be required to go at a moments notice should we catch any intel on plausible threats.
