My phone buzzed on the kitchen bench. I raced to it to see who it was. Wishing and hoping that it was Harry telling me he was here to pick us up. I had lived my life on edge since I asked him to come to Mason's birthday party this weekend with me. My heart pounded at the thought of seeing him again and sitting with him in the car for at least two hours on our drive back to the Great Woods Pack territory. And Chloe as well. However, for a third wheel, she was overly excited.
