What if f*******: dies? Facebook Facebook is a powerful sharing platform to connect with friends and family. f*******: was founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg, but started getting popular in India only during 2008-2009. f*******: has grown from connecting and sharing thoughts, pictures, videos to expanding the arena of Business through digital marketing for e.g. under each website there will be f*******: logo states about sharing the same on f*******:. What if such a powerful platform dies? Let’s discuss below. What if f*******: dies? It would be similar kind of situation like when Orkut (Social networking website) which dissolved on 2014. Same would be the effect if f*******: dissolves at a particular period. The trend keeps on changing hence everything has an end date. Something new keeps on coming every single day. Some succeeds and some fails. But unlike Orkut, f*******: has lot of advanced features that made f*******: to sustain in the market. Let’s now assume what would be the effect when f*******: dissolves, Pros and Cons of it. Cons:- Ø Hit to Business, People who had f*******: pages about their Business Ø Memories, People would have taken millions of pictures and shared on their pages and would have got lot of shares, likes and comments. Their psychological attachment link with f*******: will get hit since they would have used f*******: many hours on f*******: on a daily basis. Pros:- Ø f*******: is definitively only for the Social birds who has group of friends. People who are extrovert and popular. Ø f*******: is a confident booster for the Social birds who gets more likes, Shares and comments. “From Connection to Competition” Ø It is been a psychological problem for the students and youngsters if they don’t get likes and if they are not popular even in their small social group it leads to depression for them. Ø It creates a low self-image about themselves Facebook already sustained for 12 years and it still keeps on going by upgrading and advancing the features. If f*******: still manages to be adapted to new trends. It can still go a very long way. Draining Energy ‘Every birthday is a gift. ’Every day is a gift.’- Aretha Franklin I guess most of us would hear about the quote or if you hearing it for the first time, I am sure you will agree with it. Yes, every day is a gift. This makes us feel energetic and feels motivated. Feel the energy and live the life, kind of feel tickles our nerves. For a moment, we get so motivational, and then, after a minute it goes off! Where have those moments of energy gone? Why our energy drains off so on! Have we thought about that? Yes, some reasons to share right? The below reason might be one of the reasons we had on our mind? Motivation is an inside job; as a human being, we do expect motivation outside as well, be it a word of appreciation, acknowledgment, motivating words from our dear and near ones. When we wake up in the morning; we are getting a lot of energy to manage the whole day (if we had adequate sleep on the previous day). This energy where it goes? This energy I considered as AIR of our life. Without this we are lifeless. How effectively this AIR works in us? We firmly believe that there is an inborn talent in every individual; to realize this inborn talent some may take 0 years, 2 years, 15 years, 20 years, 30 years, 50 years, or some may even don’t realize and die in vain. Why our energy gets drained? Settling for less, our inborn talent lies somewhere and we work in some other area this may give financial security, but it does drain our energy a lot. To call, it in yoga terminology, we are wasting our Kundalini Shakti. The human mind as the capacity and capability to do things beyond one's imagination. For example: As a kid, we use to read letters by letter then word by word. Swami Vivekananda, as a kid, also starts reading the same way, but through practice, he started reading paragraphs in few glances, and then he used to complete reading the whole within a few minutes. Swamiji has done, what we almost forgot to do. We never practiced the art of skimming or reading like Swami Vivekananda. Why couldn’t able to read books like Swami Vivekananda? Because we are not Swami Vivekananda. Well, that is not the answer. We are ignorant or forgot to practice. Why we forgot? Most of our energy gets drained due to the below emotion. Anger – Anger is the first culprit that drains our energy. We should control taking stress and confusion into our heads. A clear mind and act wisely, easy to say right? Practice and Mediate we can control our anger. How to control energy getting drained? Me and Myself, In our Me Time. We have to figure out, what we are good at? What do we like to do? Once we found out our Passion, it does not end with that, it’s a starting point of our life, we have involved in sharpening skills, even though it is our passion, we should be not overconfident like I learned it, I knew it. We have to keep sharpening skills in our passionate area. Our energy will not get drained if we involve in our passion. Passion does not make us procrastinate. Find your AIR and live energetically. Control your energy from draining; be inspiring. Plain Slate Every child born on this earth is plain slate, by nature. E.g. Baby in the womb, seeing a dark place, only that, the baby can explain how that place and was how it was felt by being there. Baby Birth Once the baby is born, baby cries and after some time opens his/her tiny cute eyes and sees the world. Awe! What is this? It was dark; now where am I? When everyone and mother pamper the baby; the baby feels secure. The baby is always excited and always in an awe of the surroundings. Infant, toddlers, and children between (0 – 7 Years) have a special power. They can sense all the positive and negative powers. My own experience (recorded here) When I was sad or not having a happy face. I didn’t show that much sin my face. My 5-year-old nephew sensed this. He came up to me and asked Chitthi (Mother’s younger sister)! Are you sad? Yeah, I playfully replied to him He asked, me why chitthi? I said you are not playing with me now. That’s why. He immediately went and got his toys and said, Come chitthi, let’s play So adorable it was. Baby, toddler, and Child (0 – 7 yrs) They all act according to their environment. Like when we say, my child is not obeying, not concentrating. It’s all because of us. “We all acting, they are also reacting”. - To be continued Chapter 6 In 2016 all her colleague friends left the job – This kind of gave demotivation and displeasure for Janeka because they were her emotional support system. Addition of colleagues and team New colleagues’ additions gave Janeka unhappy hormone; she tried to befriend with the new colleague but that all gone vain. Janeka was alone without friends now. Another Introvert new colleague .
