A few hours ago, he received a letter. It was a job, but it wasn't a suggestion. There were pictures stuffed into a heavy envelope. Pictures of his wife at work, of his kids getting on the school bus in the morning, and of his parents dancing on their front porch. The letter explained that they desperately wanted a Corvinus dead, and they were willing to do anything to make Adam do it. Even if it meant killing his family.
There were also instructions, and a jewel encrusted dagger. The instructions say that the blade had to be dragged across the throat, and that no other method would work.
So of course, in a partly guilty attempt to save those close to him, Adam broke into the Corvinus mansion and waited. He had no idea when or where he would run into his targe
