Stuck in a Love triangle

Chapter 1       I never in my life ever imagined that somebody could make me feel this way, but here I am staring at them. It felt like I got struck by lightning from the very first time our eyes met. I know I shouldn’t be staring at him especially with Cody standing right next to me but, I couldn’t help it whoever he was had my full attention. He wasn’t that far off from where I was  standing, I could see every detail of him. His tall slender- frame made him look athletic. His black hair against his pale skin made it look like a mix between an angel and a demon. He was average by anyone else’s standards but by mine he was beautiful ,especially his eyes. Those beautiful oak green eyes that when the sun hits them at the right angle they look gray. Not a gray that looks like charcoal but, a kind of gray that resembles that one slightly dark cloud in the sky when you look up and see it’s gray but, not one that looks like it will bring rain or storms it’s just there in the sky a slightly darker shade of white that makes it look gray. I was mesmerized by him.       “Hello are you listening”. An aggravated tone finally snapped me back to reality. “Sorry Cody what were you saying”. “I was saying that I’m not going to be here tomorrow. “ He was kinda glaring at me now. “You seem distant lately, is there anything you wanna tell me.” Cody could never tell when I was lying probably because he didn’t care as long as  I didn’t cheat on him, which is a line I would never cross. I have pride. “No cody , I just remembered I have a test first period that I didn’t study for ,I'm nervous that’s all.” he patted my head like he was petting a puppy. ‘You’ll be fine.” he said as he continued to pat my head. He was a lot taller than me , but  of course I was short for a girl my age being 17 and barely hitting 5’2 was kinda pathetic. I got it from my mom. I used to say a lot when I was little. My grandmother’s both my mom's mom and my dad's mom  say it comes from me being curvy in the right places but i doubt it. “Yo wassup Bailey” he yelled to someone  behind me . Bailey thought to myself as I began to turn around. My eyes nearly popped out of my head he was waving at the guy I was staring at. He was now sitting back on a bench one leg propped up on the bench the other straight down on the ground.    I couldn’t take my eyes off him. It was even worse when he started to move away from the bench. It was like everything was in slow motion till I noticed he was walking straight towards us . ‘‘Hey Cody, hey Sage" he motioned a nod to me. I’m just shocked. He referred to me by my last name. He must be a jrotc student  just like me and Cody no wonder he is built like that.           “How do you know my name? I have never seen you before now.”  I say without thinking. He just looks at and laughs the sweetest sound  I have ever heard come from anyone. ‘’I see you in the halls and conels and mention you a lot the girl with blue hair.” omg he has actually been mentioning it to the other students. yay I’m known the only junior that actually wore blue hair to a parade  I had to wrap  my head band around it to make it look black and match my hair .   ‘’Oh you’ve heard ‘’. I say practically turning red in the face. He leans in just a little closer to my face. He is really tall, not as tall as Cody who may have a foot taller than him. “you were right she is short”. “I am not, I argued back”  . “ You are too,” said Cody, practically laughing behind me . “It’s ok short people are almost always the cute ones don’t be offended” Bailey practically laughing at me.    And that’s how it happened. How I met my other half that I didn’t know about at the time ,Well at least one of my other halfs..
