It was a hell of a day yesterday. After Hailey sold Claire that sneer, Claire had gone nuts. We talked all day. Or well, you can't really call it talking. Claire mostly screamed, yelled and threatened and I tried to make her see reason. I took it all. Until I snapped, I had enough of it. Claire had been gone for more than a week and the moment she returned, I was immediately stressed.
I silenced her, by telling her 'to shut the f*ck up'. Made it clear that we were done, that it was over between us and that she should pack up and leave.
