Moonlight

     Tiffany Lewis already knew that she was no ordinary human ever since she was a child. Her parents, Allan and Veronica, were not like her, she was their biological daughter and that made things harder to explain. Both her parents were doctor but they cannot explain what was wrong with her. Tiffany was said to be a miracle child. Her parents tried for many years to have a baby but they could not bear any. They consulted it to a doctor and then, they found out that Tiffany's mother was not capable of bearing a child due to a malfunction of her egg cells.     Just right then, when they decided to adapt a child, they encountered a creature that they were not familiar with. The creature was wolf-like but could talk. It was covered with blood and was badly hurt. They decided to treat him but the creature insisted that he should go back to his home. That left them no choice but to drive to the location the creature gave.     As they arrive in the location, they were welcomed by some men who were half naked. A man gave them a suspicious look.     "What are you doing here?" the half-naked man asked.     "We were asked by some strange creature to bring him here." Tiffany's mother answered.     At the backseat of the car the wolf-like creature growled. Right in front of their eyes, the half-naked men turned into wolves. The wolves returned a growl to the wolf-like creature at the backseat. Then, they started running.     "Follow them." the wolf-like creature told them.     They followed them into the woods until they were led up to a huge building in the middle of the woods. They were welcomed by the half-naked men and was assisted by them to carry the wolf-like creature. But, the two had a problem, they were not quiet familiar in treating an animal. The half naked men seemed to knew what the two were anxious of.     "Alpha, can you turn?" the half-naked man asked.     "When Luna is here." the creature answered in a faint voice.     "I will call her Alpha." another half-naked man said and began to run.     Not too long when a beautiful lady entered the room. She stared the wolf-like creature worriedly. She touched its paws and the wolf-like creature turned into a handsome man, then the two started to treat him.     The two decided to stay there so that they can focus in treating him. They were confused what were these creatures. Then, morning stroke and they decided to check to check him, but they were surprised to find the bed empty. They asked someone where was the man and they were brought into a dining table, where he was smiling to them. He was sitting together with the beautiful lady and a handsome child.     "Join us." the man said gesturing his hand to the foods.     "Are you alright?" Tiffany's mother asked worriedly.     "Do not worry mighty doctors, werewolves can easily recover." the lady said, smiling.     "May I know my saviour's name?" the man asked.     "I am Allan Lewis and my wife is Veronica." Tiffany's father introduced their selves.     "I believe the two of you had not eaten breakfast yet. Come, join us." the man said.     They ate breakfast together and along the breakfast they talked a lot of things. The man explained to them what creature they were and how things worked for them. At the same time, they shared to them how they cannot bear a child. Then, the man told them that they would pray to the Moon Goddess to give them a child. The two just smiled and hoped that a miracle would happen and would really give them their own child.     When they were about to leave, everyone in the pack gave them farewell. The people there were all werewolves and they explained to them that the man and his family were the leader of the pack, in fact the man was also considered the Alpha King, the king of Alphas.     " Lord Allan and Lady Veronica, I am very grateful that you saved my father's life, because even if he can easily recover there might be some rogue and they would probably attack him. Therefore, I prayed to the Moon Goddess to give you a child." the Alpha's child told them.     "Oh, do not call us lord and lady, we are just doctors. It is our duty to save lives." Tiffany's mother said.     "He calls people whom he respected a lot, lord and lady." the man's wife said, smiling.     "No, Lady Veronica, you have pure hearts. Now, I was hoping that you were the same to us and bear a beautiful child that would become my mate." the child said.     "Oh dear, thank you for that. May I know your name and how old are you little man?" Tiffany's father asked.     "Aye Lord Allan, I am four years old and my name is Arthur." the little child answered and bowed his head.     "We will remember your name Arthur and all the nice people here." Tiffany's father said.     "So are we. Remember that you can call me when I growl." the Alpha said.     They said their farewells and the couple took their leave. The adaption were cancelled because the orphanage thought that the two were always busy and did not have time for their children for they did not come in the appointment day. Not so long when Tiffany's mother felt symptoms of pregnancy. They were doubting it, thus they consulted different doctors and endlessly confirmed being pregnant.     At last they believed in the miracle that they were blessed and was given a child. After nine months, Tiffany came out of her mother's womb. They took good care of her, taught her things to do and not to. They were thinking that she were ordinary, not until she was five.     Tiffany was targeted to be kidn*pped by some kidnappers and when the kidnappers were doing there operation, something happened that shocked them. The little girl turned into a small wolf, sensing a threat. She ran fast and when it seemed that they were far and she was safe, her body automatically turned back to normal.     Someone saw Tiffany and she was brought into the nearest police station. The police called her parents and at the same time, the police caught the kidnappers. Tiffany's parents rushed to the police station and they were welcomed by the kidnappers who were calling their child a monster. They took her to their home and they noticed that Tiffany seemed to be thinking deeply.     "Tiffany, honey, they wont get you anymore." her mother told her.     "That's not it mom." Tiffany said and started to sob.     Tiffany told them what happened. How was she being kidn*pped and how did she escaped. She also told them how she turned into a little wolf. Her parents look to each other, surprised. Then, they decided to tell her what happened before she was born. They told her how they saw some strange creature in the road and what that creature was. They told her how they treat the creature and how the the whole pack was thankful to them. They promised her to visit the whole place when the sun had risen up.     As the morning stroke, the family prepared for their trip. As soon as they were ready, they started the trip. The trip was long and rough but they managed to reach the spot where they first saw the half-naked men. They continued to the route that they used when they were carrying the Alpha in the backseat. They were surprised at the same time confused when they did not found the huge building serving as the pack house of the werewolves. They tried to look around but they never saw it. At last, the two thought that maybe the werewolves moved. They explained everything that they knew about the werewolves to the young Tiffany.     As Tiffany grew up, they discovered things on their own. She immediately turns when she sensed some threat and when moonlight stroke. She was having a hard time controlling her wolf but, later on they got along well. When she would turn, she will go to their garden, having the good view of the moon and growling to it, as if contemplating its beauty. Thus, Tiffany and her parents decided to keep these things a secret and she would live an ordinary life. Tiffany did live an ordinary life. The same with the other students in her school, she had some friends and also, she gained some enemy.     Meanwhile, the young Arthur grew into a noble and respectable man in their pack. He grew into fine, handsome man but, the problem was he had not found his mate. He and his family tried to look for his mate in the other packs but they did not found any.     "Arthur, the Crescent Moon Pack was the last pack and we still had not found your mate." his mother, Mathilda, said.     "Mom, maybe because she did not turn 18 yet." he said.     "But, you should know that she was your mate. You should can at least sense her." his mother said.     "Mathilda, honey, stop pressuring Arthur. I am sure he can find his mate." his father, Aaron, said.     The family talked about the matter. It was a problem because Arthur could not take over managing the pack if he could not find his mate. Having a mate was a critical thing an Alpha should have in order to led a pack. He was already 22 but still had not found his mate.     The matter kept on invading Arthur's mind, the same way how his dream did. He was dreaming to become a doctor. Ever since, the couple doctor helped his father on that day, he started to idolized the two and soon, he wanted to become a doctor himself. But, he did not able to tell this to his parents because of the search of his mate, and because the search did not turned out well, he was worried that he could not reach his dream the same way he could not find his mate.     "Son, what are you doing here? It is cold and the moon is not up?" his father approached him while he was gazing up to the sky in their balcony.     "Dad, do you remember Lord Veronica and Lord Allan?" he asked.     "Of course, I would not forgot the two person who saved my life. Why did you asked, son?" his father responded with a smile on his face.     "Dad, I want to become like them, I mean, a doctor. I want to save some lives, the same way they save yours." he said with a determined look on his face.     "Every single person had a dream they want to have. It is the effort and the determination that matters the most to achieve it." his father said.     His father then smiled and hugged him tight. He was thinking his son could be a great doctor and if he would not become an Alpha, at least his son could have what he was dreaming for and what he wanted to become. Thus, the Alpha decided to give what his son wanted and that decision could be the possible solution to all their problems.
