I was sitting at the bench in front of the playground while eating a sandwich, and minding my own business when someone squealed like a chicken "what on earth?" (random guy) "hey hey. you should go home. You can't be alone here." "what? I'm getting freaked out because you're creeping me!" (random guy) "okay then. remember, I warned you *wink*" hah! I thought that if I go in here my life would be peaceful for just an hour! "stupid weirdo!" I inhaled so calmly and exhaled like there's no tomorrow. What's with that weirdo? I just watched the stars again and got back at eating my sandwich when I heard some noise *..shiii...krkr..kak...duuuz.* I didn't mind it, maybe it's just an animal... but then I heard a loud bang so I didn't hesitate and ran out of there in fear! My god! what was that? I continued running and reached home... When I came back I saw mom organizing and checking our bills. when she noticed I was watching her she immediately stood up and greeted me with a warm smile. A smile that you won't think that she's struggling so bad. (mom) "how's your me-time?" "it's not that bad mom, the sandwich made me so happy but then got scared and had to run back home." mom looked worried (mom) "why is that? did something happen? are you okay?" "I'm alright, I think it's just a wild animal." (mom) "okay..." "I'll go to my room to study mom." My mom just nodded. I can't bear to look at her too long, she suffered so hard for us to live. I really hate my dad for making us suffer right now. And it's his fault that he impregnant and didn't take any responsibilities. I opened my laptop to check if there's any inbox about the jobs I applied to. No matter who accept me, I'll do it. Even they accept all, I'll do it. For my mom, For us. There's nothing in my inbox. I sighed really hard and decided not to give it. They said wait within 14Days. I lay down in my bed to take a rest and took a deep breath. " I just hope they'll accept me" I sighed and decided to watch some random videos on my phone when suddenly I heard a notification that's coming from my laptop. I immediately stood up and before I opened it, I made a ritual 'i hope it says you're accepted and may go to the office tomorrow for one-on-one interview' please please. "We're sorry to say, but your age doesn't meet the standards for working at our restaurant. We're very sorry." the smile in my face went down when I read that message. the owner said they'll consider my age, but yeah. maybe everything is a lie. why did I even believe that. I lay back down in my bed and decided to sleep. ~it's 5:30! ting~~ wake up~~ I woke up and presses my alarm, my school starts at 7:00 but I usually woke up like this to help my mom with her open on our shop. Every Monday-Friday She'll open our shop at 6:00 and close it at 6:00pm. And when it's Saturday and Sunday, she'll open at lunchtime and close at 4pm. In her free time, she would apply to a side jobs like, washing clothes, sell some candies at streets, if she's lucky, she'll apply to mall for temporary working. that's why I'm working hard to find a job at age 16 to help my mom. I'm ready for school so instead of taking the bus I just walked from home to my school to save money. (Mom) "are you sure you're not gonna take the bus?" "yes mom. it's too early, look it's 6:10. And It'll save me money." (mom) "okay. keep safe huh!" I gave her a hug and waved goodbye. while walking I decided to put my earpods, I just put one so I can hear with my other ear when someone's calling me. I was looking at the sky when someone reached for my bag (Random Guy) "hey. your small pocket is open. And I can see your pads." what? did I left it open? when I turned around I saw a guy wearing our school Id, but he's not wearing uniform. (Random Guy) "here let me close it." "okay, thanks." (random guy) "next time, check first if your pockets are open before going out." I nodded, and he started looking at his phone again, he has earpods too. wait. wait. isn't he the guy from the playground yesterday night? "hey, can I ask you a question?" And I stopped walking for a second, so I can walk in sync with him (Random Guy) "uh. sure." "Do you remember me?" (Random Guy) " Uh.." "I guess not." he laughed at me and started looking at his phone again. "You know you shouldn't scare people at night and forget about them the next day" he then put his phone in his pocket and looked at me while pointing me (Random guy) "oh!! I remember you now!" I looked at him and started to open and close my eyes so that he would take the clue that I'm giving. (Random Guy) "uhm, about that. There's a bunch of guys who's following me and if they catch me they said they'll beat me up." that's hilarious! "That's mean! Why didn't you report it to our principal? teacher? your parents?" (Random Guy) "no. I just ran because I have some special event that I need to attend... if I don't have one, I'll be the one to beat them." "whoa, you're suddenly talking like you're the star here." (Random Guy) " but I'm saying the truth." "yeah, let's say that. But why would you say that i shouldn't be alone there?" (Random Guy) " Because I know what that bunch of bad guys can do." I just sighed hard (Random Guy) "so, did something happen when I left?" "hopefully nothing! When I heard a loud sound I immediately ran and left my sandwich in the bench! I am minding my own business there and I thought there's a wild bear sneaking out so I ran off my life" he looked at me and started laughing that he coughed while laughing at me. "what's so funny?" (Random Guy) "they'll probably took your money if you don't run or more, but instead you thought about your sandwich? HAHA" "HEY THERE! I was just minding my business there and you disturbed me! You scared the hell out of me!" (Random Guy) "okay, okay. HAHA I'm sorry. how about I'll treat you lunch?" "Well.. for my sandwich.." (Random Guy) "HAHAHA." "PLEASE, stop laughing" and I rolled my eyes and that made him stop his laughing. (Random guy) "okay. okay. so let's just meet at the cafeteria, bench 13, ill wait for you there. It's a treat for scaring you yesterday." "okay. if that's a lie I swear I'll sue you forever." (Random Guy) easy, haha. I'm a man of my words. oh! The name is Giovouhn, Giovouhn Ace Palacio. How about you?" his name is as nice as his face. It's both goodlooking. hehe. "Shyranne, Shyranne Ianna Maximo" (Ace) "Nice to meet you, Shyranne Ianna." "It's nice to meet you too, Mr scarecrow, Giovouhn Ace." we both laugh and headed inside the school (Ace) "Don't forget! at lunch time." I thumbs up and started walking. Not to brag, Ace is good looking. He has this charm that can poison you. His eyes are brown, He has a good hair and nice lips, not to mention, his dimples when he smiles. It's cute.
