The evening Marissa, her friends and family had their punishment decided, Landon had just walked into his room. Evangeline was not curled up in the bed, so he curiously looked around the room. She had left the Great Hall early to get some rest, and this was the only room she could return to for now. Hearing a splash in the bathing chamber, he inadvertently let out a sigh of relief. Realizing she was simply bathing put his mind at ease, until another thought had popped into his mind unbidden.
