CHAPTER 5: WARRIOR OF THE LAND

The following day after the fight against him (the prince) and the warrior, the prince woke up from the royal bed. He felt a new energy flow through his body, he got out of his bed and ran towards the window which is opposite the bed. He saw that the emperor was troubled, so he went to meet the emperor an hour later. “Good Morning, your majesty, what makes you so troubled?” the prince asked surprisingly, “A kingdom from the people of white skin (European continent) has declared a war against my kingdom so I accepted it, and now I’m facing a problem due to the lack of security to my land” said the emperor. The prince who was thinking about this situation questioned the emperor “Your Majesty, why do you bother of giving security to your kingdom while you have enough soldiers to give protection to your kingdom?”, by hearing this the emperor replied very seriously “I am taking all my soldiers for the war. The white men are too powerful that they will attack me on field and they would attack my kingdom too on the other side too. They soldier in millions and their soldiers are brave and strong.”, after hearing this the prince started to think about the geographical protection of this kingdom. He asked the emperor to hand over a map of the kingdom, and a few minutes later he received it. The prince checked the map and he saw that the kingdom was protected with high mountain around it and there was only one way which the white men could enter the kingdom. So, the prince explained the emperor saying that his kingdom was safe but the emperor said that even though, the kingdom is protected the people are not and they will be severely injured or may die.

So, the Prince thought of it for while and then he replied “Your Majesty, I shall stay here in order to protect the citizens. You can handover this situation to me.”, then the Emperor agreed to his request and gave orders for five soldiers to stay with the Prince. The Emperor went in a royal war cart while the other soldiers went in Horses, Elephants, and even by walk. The procession was so grand that the people were admiring with beauty. There were 1000 soldiers who went by walk, 700 soldiers who rode horses, 550 soldiers who rode elephants. After a few hours the procession has gone by, the Prince started to plan. Since the people were living out of the palace court, the Prince sent all five soldiers to request all the people of that Kingdom to come into the inner court of the palace. Luckily, this was done within a few hours, then the prince ordered the five guards to show him the way to the harbor, without wasting time they agreed. Within, half an hour the Prince came to the harbor, he saw many trees when he came along the road which reaches the harbor. He said the guards to hide in at the top of each tree with bows and arrows. They went at once to the trees and each one of them hid on top of each tree, three on the left side and two on the right side. Few moments later the Prince saw a ship sailing towards the harbor, he recognized the ship as it has hoisted a different flag other than the Emperor’s kingdom flag. He knew this ship was the white men’s ship, so he ran toward the tree and started climbing a tree which was on his right side. After he climbed to the top, he saw there were 40 white men so he made a noise which made all the guards who were on top of the tree to give their attention to him. He pointed that they were coming inside the harbor, so all of them including the prince was ready to shoot them. Suddenly five men came walking inside the path which they were hiding. The Prince was the first to shoot with an arrow and then the others shot with theirs, all five white men died. Minutes after they died seven white men came to the path with their swords thinking that someone has come to kill them, instead they saw five of their own men had died with arrows on their chest. A sudden fear ran through their body. They started to round up and started to see everywhere where their enemy would be waiting for them. Suddenly all five white men fell, two had an arrow each on their forehead, one on the chest and the other two on the eyes. The remaining two were terrified so they ran back to their ship at once. Later on, five men came along with their sharp swords and started shouting at once. “Whoever is hiding out here please come out. We all come in peace, we have not come to conquer your land” said the first white man. Actually, they thought of bringing the enemy out of the hiding place and kill him but all went in vain. After a few moments and arrow shot the first white man who spoke out loud. The other men ran back to the ship again and came back with the remaining men. All of them started to search that area, but none of them found anything. Now a tensed situation occurred, the prince and the five guards didn’t have any more arrows so all the guards turned towards the prince. The prince who didn’t have nay experience of handling a such situation gave them (the five guards) a signal to wait patiently. Suddenly the sword which the prince kept in his fell to the ground from the tree, all the white men looked at the sword in a shock., because the sword didn’t seem to be a normal one because it seemed to be a sword which belongs to a warrior. Suddenly all the white men started to see the trees, and then the prince jumped to one of the men’s body and cut him by the throat. The other five guards watched how the prince do, and they too followed the same method.
