CHAPTER 4: THE BRAVE PRINCE

After running to his room the prince sat on his royal chair and started to think abou the incident which happned to him minutes ago. Next morning he took the sword and went to the royal battle field of the emperor which is used to train the soldiers of the emperor. The emperor who was present at the moment greeted the prince, in which the prince greeted him back." What brings you here, in this beautiful morning?" asked the emepror, "I just wanted to try once in one of those duels done over there( the prince pointed the battle field)" said the prince and from this request, the emepror was amazed becuase he knew that the prince was not brave enough to handle even a simple duel. Since the prince had the asked him so eargly,the emperor couldn't refuse so, he agreed and ordered one of his men to lead the way to the battlefield so the prince could have his first duel. So the guard led the way to the battle ground and the prince too followed the guard while the emperor followed the prince. The prince had a doubt of why he was being followed by the emperor, so minutes later he arived to the battle field he was given an arabian knight to duel with. So with confidence he took out his magical sword and bowed to the warrior majestically. The knight who was not used to see such a majestic greeting from his opponent greeted the prince using the arabian way. Then the emperor uttered a word which made the duel start. The knight used his scimitar( a single edged sword with a convex curved blade assoiciated with middle- eastern, south asian or north african culture) in an dangerous way that the prine could have get hurt, if the prince was a little near.So the prince who did not know any pattern of moving the sword like how the knight did, so the prince kept himself steady with the sword and started to leap at once onto the knight's body, but failed to hurt the knight, because the knight just movedin time when the prince leaped at him. Then knight who understood the prince's weakness started to give the prince a chance to get himself up again, so after the proince stood up, the knight attacked the prince so diligently in a very perfect timing. The prince who was preventing these attacks with great hardship, began to get tired. So, he threw the sword away and pronouncedthe word "ERECTO" and suddenly the  red light came out of his body and it vanished into thin air. The prince was well concerned of his action, he knew that, what he did at this moment was right., because all this moment he was able to prevent those well timed and diligent attackes with the power of the magic. So he removed that magic from his body and pronounced the word which he mentiond to get the magic through his body at th begining. At that moment the emperor, knight, the guards and the royal servants who were present at that place was in a big shock. The orince who was kneeling on the ground requested one of the warrioirs at that place to handover a sword and shield to him, so one guard came foward and handed over a sword and shield to the prince. At the same moment the prince stood up bravely by regaining his confidence by having a sword on his right hand and the shield on the other, with that he started to run towards the knight who was ready to recieve him. So the knight enjoyed the fight while the prince found it difficult in dodging those perfcet attacks and the prince was bruised severely. So with rage, revenge and sudden confidence he attacked the knight in a way that the knight couldn't resist. During the final minutes of the duel, the prince placed heavy, brutal, well timed attacks which not so perfect. Suddenly the knight started to lose his own defensive ways because of the heavy brutal attacks given by the prince. Finally, the prince placed a huge blow on the knight's head with the handle of the sword, which made the knight to fall on the ground with big thud. Afterwards, the gurads came running towards the knight. Those guards lifted him and gave the knight a special medical care as advised by the emperor, and the prince was taken to his room and he too was given a medical care . Later that day the emperor visited the prince and said that he felt happy and proud after seeing the bravery and confidence of the prince. The prince had a long conversation with the emepror and few hours later he was left alone. The prince slept peacefully until he was woken up by the maid
