CHAPTER 1
In the quiet neighborhood of Italy, a young man named Luca was seen cursing loudly as he pocketed his gun. He stared at the strawberries on the table, his eyes lingering on the dead bodies scattered on the floor. The bloodstained floor seemed to attract him, and he scowled before walking away.
"Gosh, I'm so angry those punks ruined my strawberries," he muttered to himself as he walked slowly, the chilly wind blowing his hair backward. His perfect, handsome face came into view, and the cross necklace dangling on his neck sparkled in the dim light.
A fragile little girl, no more than 15 years old, followed him, clinging to her ripped gown that barely covered her exposed thighs and little breasts. "I told you to stop following me," Luca said in his cold voice.
"Why?" she muttered. "But you saved me from those rapists."
"Let me get this straight into that dumb skull of yours," Luca said, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "I didn't save you; I just wanted to see blood. I needed the scent of blood, that's why I killed those punks."
The girl looked up at him, her eyes wide with fear, but she didn't back down. "But..."
Luca moved closer to her, his dark aura surrounding him like a cloud. "Say one more thing, and I'll kill you," he threatened, his voice low and menacing.
The girl gulped slowly, her heart racing with fear. Luca's eyes seemed to bore into her soul, and she felt like she was drowning in their depths.
Just then, Luca's phone rang, breaking the tension. He answered it, his voice cold and detached. "Yes?"
The voice on the other end spoke in hushed tones, but Luca's eyes narrowed, his grip on the phone tightening. "I'll be there," he said before hanging up.
He turned to the girl, his eyes still cold. "I have to go. You can't follow me."
The girl nodded, her eyes downcast. Luca turned to leave, but then he stopped and turned back to her. "Oh, and one more thing."
The girl looked up at him warily. "What?"
Luca's lips curled into a sly smile. "You can repay me for saving your life."
The girl's eyes widened in fear, but Luca just chuckled. "Don't worry; I'll let you repay me in your own way."
With that, Luca turned and walked away, leaving the girl staring after him in confusion and fear.
Two years later, Luca stood in front of his father, Capo, in the dark room of their mansion. His father's eyes narrowed, his voice cold.
"Luca, you have a new mission. You're going to Germany to impersonate the long-lost son of Mr. Romero."
Luca's eyes narrowed, his mind racing with questions. "Why?"
Capo's smile was cold and calculating. "Because Mr. Romero is the richest man in eight counties, and we need his money and assets."
Luca's eyes flashed with anger, but he knew better than to argue with his father. "Yes, Father."
Capo nodded, his eyes glinting with approval. "Good. You'll be taking Franklin with you."
Luca's eyes flicked to Franklin, his personal hacker and assistant. Franklin nodded, his eyes serious.
"I'll make sure to keep an eye on him, Capo," Franklin said.
Capo nodded, his eyes narrowing. "See that you do. Luca, you have a reputation for being ruthless and efficient. Don't disappoint me."
Luca's lips curled into a cold smile. "I won't, Father."
With that, Luca turned and walked out of the dark room, Franklin following closely behind.
As they walked, Luca's mind turned to the mission ahead. He knew it wouldn't be easy, but he was determined to see it through.
After all, he was Luca, the ruthless and efficient son of Capo.
The next day, Luca and Franklin arrived at the Frankfurt airport in Germany. They were greeted by Mr. Romero's men, who bowed respectfully.
"Welcome, Young Master Luca," one of the men said.
Luca nodded, his eyes scanning the area. He spotted a girl eating strawberries, and his eyes narrowed.
"I want strawberries," he muttered to Franklin.
Franklin raised an eyebrow. "You want strawberries?"
Luca's eyes flashed with anger. "Get me strawberries, Franklin."
Franklin nodded, his eyes serious. "Yes, Luca."
As they walked to the limousine, Luca's eyes never left the girl eating strawberries. He felt a pang of desire, and his mind turned to the mission ahead.
He would get his strawberries, and he would complete his mission. After all, he was Luca, the ruthless and efficient son of Capo.
But little did Luca know that his mission would be more complicated than he thought. Mr. Romero, the wealthy man's son he was supposed to impersonate, had a complicated past, and Luca's presence would stir up old secrets and lies.
As Luca and Franklin arrived at Mr. Romero's mansion, they were greeted by the man himself. Mr. Romero was overjoyed to see Luca, whom he believed to be his long-lost son.
Luca played along, pretending to be the son Mr. Romero had been searching for. But as he settled into his new role, he began to uncover secrets about Mr. Romero's past and the reason behind his wealth.
Meanwhile, Francesca, Luca's sister, was watching from the shadows. She was suspicious of Luca's mission and the true intentions of their father, Capo.
"Alessandro, do you think Luca is in over his head?" Francesca asked her brother, Alessandro.
Alessandro shrugged. "I don't know, Francesca. But I do know that Luca can take care of himself."
Francesca nodded, but she couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. She decided to keep a close eye on Luca and his mission.
Meanwhile, Franklin was watching Luca's back, making sure that he was safe and that his mission was on track. But Franklin had his own secrets, and he was hiding something from Luca.
