The next day I was awake before Kirk because I felt so nervous about what would happen today, that I couldn’t sleep any longer. Hell I barely slept most of the night, but I didn’t want to wake Kirk up, so I just lay here, thinking about what I was going to do today and what I could do to stop this all from happening. I never wanted to put anyone in this pack in danger, not Alpha National or Luna Star and definitely not my mate, Kirk. I was worried for all of their safety and it didn’t help that I had no idea what my other mate, Graven, was capable of or what he would do when he was pushed to the limit. I was deep in thought when I felt Kirk’s arm wrap around me and pull me closer to him.
