I stare at the stage in disbelief as cheers echo around me. What the f**k just happened? Did that bastard father of mine really go this far to make sure that Austin and I stayed away from Abbie?
Fuck. With everyone knowing about this, there would certainly be rumors if I were to go anywhere near Abbie and even Austin. Didn’t my father know what his actions would do to all three of us? Even if it was just a friendly exchange, people would think that it was something more, and lies would start circulating like wildfire.
