Skyler's POV
Get a hold of yourself, Skyler. Picturing him naked when you're trying to talk to him isn't a good idea. I rolled my eyes at myself before turning back towards the movie. When he finally came back out, he plopped down on the couch right next to me, our shoulders touching. This isn't doing anything to ward off my thoughts from earlier.
I internally shook my head to clear my wandering mind. I felt Donovan shift his body toward me before he said, "What did you want to ask me?" "I was wondering if I would be able to go to the sending off ceremony tomorrow. I wasn't sure how others would feel if a human was there or if it was even allowed. I'm not sure what the protocol is here."
