RAVAYA My head felt like it was about to split open, a throbbing pain stirring in my chest. But this bed I was lying in was so comfy, I didn't want to move. Plus, the scent flooding my nostrils smelled so good, it made Storm purr in satisfaction. Wait. What?! My eyes flew open, a gasp tumbling out of my lips when I was greeted by the sight of an unfamiliar ceiling. Where the hell was I? I looked around the large room with black monochrome designs and a classy feel. And judging from the scent in the sheets, I didn't need a soothsayer to tell me where I was. Shit. Just as I attempted to sit up, the door jerked open. And there he was. The devil. Looking half-dead. Kael. My ex— No, wait. Something wasn't right. "You're awake," he said hoarsely, moving towards me with a glass of water.
