Book I - Chapter 12

The little girl starts to frown. She gets up slowly. She got off the bed and bow towards them. It was a sign of gratitude. She knows what will happened if she speak the truth. She pressed her lips together. Not saying a word. A group of police officers came into the scene. They saw them. It wasn’t their business.

The little girl let go. She walk towards the police officer. “ E-e-excuse me “. The little girl called out to them. One of the police officer turned to face her. He looked at the girl. And he was shocked. Not because of the bruises she saw on her face. But she felt like she know her. However; the female police officer couldn’t know where though.

The female police officer crouch to her level. She smiles to the little girl. The little girl gave proof of what is happening in this household. She didn’t want the kind people to get in trouble. She reaches out. She handed them proof of evidence to the girl. It was either them saving her or saving the kind people. And she choose the second options. The female police officer took it as she saw the little girl bowing her head towards her as a sign of respect.

After that, the female police officer came with her partner. They questions the people. While they were looking; the women grab the girl’s arm tightly. That it might break the bones of the little girl. She waited behind the trees with her daughter. Since, her husband has to get his car. The women knows not to say anything. Instead; she let her actions speak for her.

She starts to beat her daughter up. She kick her arms and legs. She made sure that her daughter doesn’t disobey them. She made sure she doesn’t walk either and escape them. She harshly grab her daughter by the neck. She tighten her grip around her neck making it tighter. She slap her face countless of times. Until she starts to bleed.

She took out her handkerchief. She wipe the blood making sure not leave any trace of child abuse. When she was looking; the little boy who was her older brother did the same thing like his mother did. He beat her up more. He kick everywhere. Her arms and legs. He punch her face and back. This kind of treatment shows who is the alpha in the family.

He make sure his little sister doesn’t get back up. Because; he would do a lot more than this. The little girl hold back her tears and her screams. Her lips started to bleed. After a few minutes; her husband came by with his car. The women saw her son getting dirty. She wipes it off from him. And they act like nothing happened.

The police officers came out after watching the videos. The ones that the little girl had. They wonder how she got this. So they came out to look for her. The family of the two little boys came out too. The women came out with her first child. They act like nothing happened. They waited for a while. It take take long until the little girl came out.

She was covered in blood. The clothes that the two boys gave was dirty and covered in blood. Her face was unrecognizable. The animals that was nearby growl at the people responsible for it. The other humans know it wasn’t the attack of the animals. These animals help the little girl. Since, she was in the back of a ‘ husky ‘ dog. It’s what other humans believe so.

The police officers rub the animals. They were friendly towards them. But not friendly with the people who claim to be the family of the little girl. The old man was in the car. His wife was outside after she put her son in the car. She act like she didn’t do anything. “ Omg are you alright child “. The female police officer says to her. The little girl couldn’t speak. Not after what happened. She was afraid if she did speak the truth. Or why try anything then she would get beaten up for no reason.

The ones that watches from within her mind. They cannot do anything about it. They can’t heal their wounds. If they did; it will be hard to explain. However; as this was happening; a mysterious group of people watched from the sidelines. “ It’s HER! We found her. Omg! Who the f**k did that to her. It’s so hard to recognize her “. An unknown male voice spoke. It wasn’t hard for these mysterious people to find the little girl. They found her through her soul and aura.

“ Yeah whose idea was to have this little girl to be born from these pair of monster. Just because their second child is a girl. They don’t have the right to keep doing this “. Another unknown male voice spoke. They are worried for the safety of the little girl. They hope that she doesn’t grow up like a monster like her humans parents are.

They decide to inform HIM about what happened. They just couldn’t believe that the little girl’s father is somehow related to their boss. They wonder how this happened. They knew their boss isn’t human. Since; no know knew the exist of supernatural beings. And we also know the truth of what really happened on January 6,1990. They had to keep their mind shut for now.

Their job was to record everything. It would be proof to use later on. Since; they know that the little girl’s father will die someday. They will feel pity for these humans. They were there when the little girl’s mother and brother beat her up continuously. They sigh. They do not understand why the moon goddess grant one of the wishes of the humans. These humans are taking advantage of the moon goddess. They could tell the moon goddess was watching.

After that, everything was a blur. The little girl and her parents went back home. Back to the city of San Francisco. They were done crossing the bridge that took the whole day. No one ever found them. It’s like they disappeared. But that’s what they want you to think.

Across the bridge to San Francisco

They drove back to the house. They locked the door. Without looking; all the bruises on the girl’s whole body including her face fully healed. But; from it; there are scars. They made a masterpiece on it. They didn’t want their daughter to be more beautiful. They want her to be ugly that no one wants her.

It was getting dark. They could tell it was eight o’clock at night. The women went into the kitchen to cook food. She left her daughter in the living room. It was her turn to watch her. She had to make sure her daughter doesn’t leave. They made sure everything was locked. So how did her daughter left the house? If she did; we would have heard it.

The women’s husband came back. He open the front door. And he locked it with chains. He make sure his daughter don’t escaped either. The man saw his daughter on the floor. He starts to pull her hair up. So that her face was looking at him. The little girl stays quiet. She won’t make a sound nor cry. If she did; it will make her parents win.

“ Where did you go b***h? We made sure to lock the house. So how did you left here unannounced? Tell me! “. The man said in a fit of anger. Looks could kill. He could easily kill her. Since, he was once a solider to serve America. So there’s no way for him to get in trouble. The little girl didn’t say a word.

“ You’re not gonna tell us are you? It’s good you haven’t told those people we have seen about what we do to you did you? “ The man says to her. He waits for her to answer. “ No daddy! I didn’t tell the truth I swear “. The little girl said to him. The man didn’t like her answer. He didn’t give her permission to talk to him. “ Dont call me daddy you ungrateful b***h. You’re no daughter of mine “. The man says to her as he slap her in the face. And then he starts to punch her face over and over.

Blood starts to drip on the floor. The women didn’t stop her husband from what he was doing. She just hummed like it’s a normal thing. She wanted a son. But in closer inspection; she also had bruises. Bruises that appears on her skin. The little girl could tell that her father did that to her. Just because her mother didn’t give birth to a boy. The little girl remembers everything.

Her mother always verbally abuse her everyday. Her father physically abuse her everyday. Beating her in the morning. Her mother join in the beating in the afternoon. And her older brother did most of the beating at night everyday. They just make it like she trip. Or a stranger attack her. However; no how matter how many times her parents and brother beat her up everyday. Her wounds and bruises will always heal up. Thats how different she was to them.

They continue the beating one by one. Until; they are satisfied. And they did. They found their daughter as a punching bag. They even starve her too. As for the little girl; she has eaten at all. Not after she came to America on June 19, 1993. It’s been maybe five to eight days. She doesn’t know.
