Strawberry Lavender

Book I - Chapter 2

A mysterious women was standing in front of the door. She had an evil presence around her. She tries to open the door. But when she tries to, she got electrocuted. It seems the door was protected by a powerful aura. She made a ‘ tsk ‘ sound.

She was this close to making their life worse. But, an unexpected turn of events happened. Could you guess? The women was sleeping in the hospital unaware of it. The same with her husband. That’s okay. It’s not like it’s fun to know.

A bright of flash light occurred when the evil women step into the hospital room. The evil women that it was someone who would lock her away. And she jinx it. The women and man woke up. But it’s like their body unwillingly to move on its own. When the wicked women saw it, she was shaken with fear.

“ T-T-That c-c-can’t b-b-be! I killed all the people who are related to a powerful royal family “. The wicked women spoke. In a split second, the pregnant women were on her feet. She sprint forth towards the wicked women. She pushed her against the wall. In doing so, the ground starts to shake. And the pregnant women’s husband grab her neck. And with his strength he snap the wicked women’s neck.

The nurse was checking up on the married couple. She heard a scream from the room. She called for backup. There the nurse saw a dead corpse of a women. The nurse recognized the women as the lunatic women that went missing in the psychiatric ward. Her neck was snap in half.

When the door made a sound, the pregnant women and her husband snapped back to reality. The man was jolted in fear. He doesn’t know this person. Nor did his wife know. The nurse call the cops. There was a crime scene happened. They check the CGTV. It didn’t appear to be anything abnormally.

The police officers saw the pregnant women sleeping. And the man sleeping by her side. They wanted to know how this happened. There was no weapon appeared in the scene of the crime. Just an initial on the wall. They were creep out about it. And they took a picture of it for reference.

The other nurses and doctor did their job. They pick up the dead body. They look at the clock. And in that moment, they saw the most beautiful super fullmoon up in the sky as the witness. The pregnant women’s water broke. And in that instant, they saw the time. “ It is 12:28am “. They knew it’s time to help them give birth.

Everything went fast quickly. It was less painless. Everything was a blur. One second they were helping the women give birth. But, it was difficult. So they decide to do a C-section. It wasn’t planned. It was to help save both the mother and child. And after so many tries, the women gave birth to a beautiful baby at 12:29am.

“ Congratulations, Mr and Mrs. Lavender! You’re a mother and father again. It’s a healthy and beautiful girl! “. The midwife for the pregnant women spoke. She was very excited for them. However; the married couple starts to frown. They were happy one moment thinking they would give birth to a boy. But, instead it was a girl.

The nurses and doctors stayed quiet. They didn’t say a word. They just did their job as anyone. They starts to frown too. Not because of what this married couple is thinking. But, it was them who think this beautiful baby girl will have a rough life. Mrs. Lavender forgot what she had a dream about.

As any mother, she did was necessary. She wrote the name of the second child. “ Ichigo Yue Lavender “. The person in charge of the birth certificate spoke. They were excited for them. “ That’s suppose to be a name for our second child . We thought it’s going to be a boy “. Mrs. Lavender spoke. She took a deep breathe as she felt her husband gripped on her arm hard. He tries not to break her arm. Since, she just gave birth.

They allow their baby to stay in the incubator. The nurses and doctors make sure if the baby is fine. And there was no abnormality at all. The baby girl cries for the first time. Not because she breathe the first time. But; because her parents gave her a scary look. The baby stop crying.

Baby Girl’s POV

Yass!! I’m finally born b***h! But why does my mommy and daddy looking at me. Looks could kill instantly. They look like they want to kill me for real. Why? What did I do wrong?

I thought mommy and daddy would be happy. I didn’t ask to be born. Nor was I ask to be born a girl. I took a deep breathe. Oh boy! This will be a rollercoaster. Why? Well because my mommy forgot the promise she made. I heard it when I was in the womb.

Wow! I could actually hear my own voice. Without me talking to myself. Well hooray for me! Now my mommy and daddy won’t know what I’m thinking. On the other note; I somehow could hear the voices of everyone around me. Strange isn’t it?

I know that my mommy and daddy are 100% human. And that they both do not have any special abilities. (Why is my second child a girl?) I hear my mommy’s voice in my mind. Yeah it’s weird I could hear her speaking to me. But she’s not telepathic. Since I try to talk to her through telepathy. But to no avail. It’s the same with daddy. Because I hear what he thinks of me. I’m not proud of it.

This new discovery made me frown mentally. I’m suppose to be human right. The bright light that surrounds my mommy and daddy disappeared. Strange! I could swear there was a protective barrier around them. Maybe I’m imagining it.

Then, all of a sudden I could hear a beautiful voice. ‘ You are not imagining it my child ‘. I heard a women’s voice. She appeared right in front of mommy and daddy. I could see her staring at me.

‘ It seem like your mother couldn’t see me. Nor could your father. Sadly they are your parents. I implant them instruction on how to raise you. I just hope they didn’t do anything else ‘. I heard the beautiful women spoke to me. Very strange! How come I could see her but my parents can’t?

The beautiful women step forward towards me. I saw her crouching in the bed before. But, she’s way taller than me. She had a beautiful white hair. A color of snow and the light of the moon. She also has the beautiful blue eye. She smiles at me. ‘ I know what you’re thinking my child. But yes I am the moon goddess. I have powers but my powers are limited. And I cannot interfere with the lives of humans ‘. The beautiful women spoke to me as she starts to frown.

I have so many questions to ask. But, I couldn’t form to speak. Since, I’m a baby after all. I watch her gives me a tons of jewelries for me. It was a pair of magical earrings, bracelets for my left and right wrist, ankle bracelets, necklaces, etc. ‘ There! Those will protect you while I cannot. They are enchanted with my powers. It’s suppose to be a protective charm ‘. I heard the beautiful women spoke to me.

‘ Sadly, I cannot remove the curse that someone already cast. It was given to you the moment your father pick your mother as his chosen wife. I do not know who curse you. You will experience a lot of hardship. But I know you will overcome it. Believe in yourself my child! ‘ I heard the beautiful with white hair and blue eyes said to me as she vanished into thin air.
