It seems Rhysand wanted to get ou of the hospital almost as much as I did. I don’t know where he went after he left the office and they had their talk with the doctor, but he didn’t return until much late run the night. I had already taken my night meds and was fast asleep when movement woke up. I was a bit surprised to find me in his arms.
I didn’t say anything when I woke up and although I knew he knew I was awake. I stayed in his arms until we got to the car. The doctor came and he told her to be a the house early and she said she would. She gave me a curt nod before walking away.
Even in the car, Rhysand does’t release me.
