Sapphires Choice

This chapter is solely an introduction to the characters' appearances as well as a little background about them. Sapphire Moon is a 17-year-old siren who is about to turn 18. Something she has hidden is the fact that she is not only a princess of the sea, but she is the only Siren in her family. Her sister Ruby Moon, the crowned princess, is a normal mermaid and hates Sapphire because of her having actual powers, unlike her, who only has power due to her rank. Sapphire is also extremely beautiful. She is a slender yet curvy girl with a height of 5'11". Along with a pale complexion and long silver hair that sparkles like diamonds underwater, her blue eyes are the reason she was named Sapphire due to them being the most extravagant sapphire blue. Due to the treatment of her sister, she asks her parents, the king and queen of the sea, to grant her permission to live on land with her best friend, who is also her first crush, the second prince of the Dark Mist Clan, so she can attend her senior year of high school at Mystic High. Nixon Stone is an 18-year-old werewolf who is also the future Alpha of the Red Stone Pack. He is also extremely popular with girls due to his appearance. He is 6'3" with a muscular body, short chestnut brown hair and mossy-green colored eyes. He has a girlfriend, Sophie, who he has been dating for 2 years now, and she is a slender 17-year-old bleached blonde who is 5'6", who is all about high glam. When he meets Sapphire, he does not sense an aura coming from her and she seems very basic in his eyes, so he assumes she is a human blood bag for the vampires. His girlfriend also starts making up lies about Sapphire, causing him to reject her once he finds out she is his fated mate. Until he finds out the truth now, his new mission is to redeem himself and get Sapphire to accept him. Will he redeem himself? Marco Powers, who just turned 18, is the second prince of the Dark Mist Clan. He has a secret he has been hiding and that is the fact that he is in love with Sapphire, who is also his best friend. He kept it a secret because he thought she would not accept him as her chosen beloved due to him being a vampire and her being a siren. He gives in and tells her because his beloved Lillith rejected him for his brother Damien, the crowned vampire prince. Marco has a pale complexion and is 6'5" with medium-length raven black hair, amber-colored eyes with red and gold specks in them and a swimmer's body and chiseled facial features. Damien Powers is the crowned prince of the Dark Mist Clan. He is 6'5" with short black hair and light brown eyes and is 19 years old with a thin lanky body and is Marco Powers older brother. He has already graduated and is now training to take the king position. He was fated to Ruby however he did not want to co-rule over the sea and give his seat to the throne to his younger brother. He has a secret crush on Sapphire because his brother talks so much about her. He also knows her secrets. Lillith is Marcos' beloved and is 18 years old. She is 5'8", has a thin body, shoulder-length brown hair, chocolate brown eyes, tan skin. She has always been in love with Damien, which caused her to reject Marco. Will she regret it? Ruby Moon is the crowned princess of the sea. She is 19 years old. She is 5'10" with a milky white complexion, ruby red hair, sea-green colored eyes. She was fated to the crowned vampire prince. They mutually rejected each other because she would not give up being queen of the sea to live on dry land and he did not like her attitude. She takes a chosen mate to rule beside her. Other characters will be mentioned further in the story. So keep an eye out for them.
