Sapphire's POV
I enjoy cooking even more when we have company. I get to try new recipes. I also get to perfect what I learned about dishes my mate prefers. Seeing the gleam in his eyes makes it worth all the time I spend correcting every detail. He is always so kind, even when I make mistakes. I get embarrassed when I cannot do something, but I am never embarrassed when I have to ask my mate for help.
You would think why not use my magic to bring them down? I would much prefer to ask my mate for help to show him that I need him. Sometimes I will step out of my comfort zone just to ask him for help. This is just a small way for me to show him how much I need him. I whispered quietly, asking him to help me to bring down the plates.
