Bianca   “Hm… Maybe if I put Donovan between them as a buffer...”   I scribbled another note on the tentative seating chart for the gender reveal feast, the one and only thing that Zelda was allowing me to work on—if only because she couldn’t care less about politics, and since we had decided to turn the party into a charity event, it was imperative to get it just right.   “But… No,” I went on, shaking my head and scribbling out the names. The two Alphas that I was agonizing over were notorious for starting fights with one another, and I didn’t want to put Donovan, our newest ally, in an uncomfortable situation. I decided to put one of the Alphas at a table on the other side of the room, near the buffet, since I’d once heard that he loved sweet treats. Perhaps that would soften him.
