“Hello beautiful” I heard behind me. I turned around to stare at the person who owns that sweet muscular voice.

The moment my eyes collided with his face, I couldn’t take my eyes away. The man was a young guy who might probably be in his early thirties, he has alluring blue eyes, one I’ve never seen before except in movies. His fair skin glittering, his mustache well shaved and well combed. The cologne on his body was so nice. His round cut hair fitted him perfectly. He is just the definition of the man I pictured for myself.

Come seat with me at my table and you’ve got nothing to worry about.” The guy uttered, his smile was one of the best I’ve ever seen and his white teeth were just perfect.

Wow, never knew someone could be this perfect.

I was about to reply to him when a hand nudged me at the sides. I turned and noticed Sofia had been standing beside me all along.

I stared at her, wondering why she had nudged me.

“Uhm mr man, please excuse us; I need to speak to my friend.” Sofia said to the guy and he nodded his head with a shrug of his shoulders.

Almost immediately, Sofia pulled me along with her to the outside where it was less noisy.

“What’s all this Sofia? What do you think you’re doing?” I asked after flunging my hand from her hold.

“Did you just ask me that? I should be the one asking you that question, Lucy! What the hell do you think you’re doing? I didn’t bring you here for that guy! I brought you here for senators! Stop selling yourself around and wait till I introduce you to the senators.” Sofia said through gritted teeth.

I scoffed at her like she had just said the most ridiculous words ever.

“You have no right to tell me who to be with, Sofia! You should know your boundaries and don't step on others, you’re going to get hurt badly.” I warned in a stern voice before storming back inside to meet with the guy.

Sofia stood right where Lucy had left her, fuming in anger. She just couldn’t believe this was happening. The reason she had accepted to attend the party was because of that guy.

But as usual, Lucy ended up snatching him away from her with her beauty! She’s not going to let this slide!

Sofia developed a plan in her mind and promised to put it into action.

Lucy was busy drinking and enjoying herself with the guy. They drank so much until they became so tipsy.
