Chapter 4

I woked up the next morning and found the handsome guy still sleeping. His well carved brows and enticing lip were pulling me in.

It took everything in me to refrain myself from slamming my lips against his.

Slowly, I got off the bed and began dressing up. On remembering how I had shamelessly allowed him enjoy every bit of me, I just want to run away before he wakes up and sees me. It would be so embarrassing.

Once fully dressed, I pick up my heels not bothering to put them on to avoid waking him up. I tiptoed out of the room and shut the door without a sound.

The moment I was out, I heaved a sigh of relief, wore on my heels and made her way out of the hotel, heading back home to have an amazing rest after a long night.

The moment Lucy had made her way out of the room, a figure walked out of another room and watched her until she was out of sight.

Finally, the figure walked slowly to the room Lucy had exited and gently opened the door and strode inside.

The figure smirked after seeing the handsome guy sleeping soundly on the bed, unaware of his surroundings.

The figure immediately tiptoed to the drawers at the side of the bed and began pulling them out. The figure grinned after seeing multiple bundles of money inside one of the drawers. The other drawer contained, an Apple Watch, gold necklaces and chains.

Once the figure was done packing up everything without leaving none behind, The figure dropped a piece of paper on the bed before, exiting the room soundlessly.

I arrived home and freshened up yet, I couldn’t get that handsome guy out of my mind. I mean, he was overly handsome and also so good in bed. What lady wouldn’t want such a man?

The thoughts made me began regretting my decision of running away without informing him. I should have stayed back and maybe, get to know him better.

But now, I’ve ruined everything and ruined my chance of being with him ever again. First, I didn’t get to know his name and secondly, we never exchanged contacts. I’m just so dumb!

I was still lost in thoughts when the room door was opened and Sofia strode inside. The moment I remembered what had transpired between the both of us last night, I stopped myself from speaking to her and took my gaze back to my cell phone.!

I was expecting her to do same but surprisingly, I heard her calm voice.

“You shouldn’t snub me because of last night incident, Lucy. You should know I wasn’t in my right frame of mind. I was tipsy back there so, you shouldn’t take whatever words I had said to you to heart. I’m sorry, okay” I heard her uttered.

I took my eyes to her face to stare properly at her. She had this apologetic look plastered on her face and her lips pouted out like a baby. I immediately felt my anger disappeared into thin air.

“Well, I was truly so shocked by your behavior last night. I’m glad you never meant it.” I uttered smiling at her.

“You’re such a darling, Lucy. Thanks for forgiving me.” Sofia said and I nodded positively at her.

“It’s okay, Sofia. We are friends anyway. So, how was your nights?” I asked, changing the topic.

“My night? I should be the one to ask you that , Lucy. I’m sure you had a lot of fun with the men.” She uttered, smiling widely at me.

“No, tell me yours first.” I insisted.

“Yes, I did had fun. A crazy fun at that. How about you? I’m sure you were drilled so hard!” Sofia bemoaned staring intently at me.

I chuckled “I was! It was an amazing experience, Sofia” I mumbled, staring into space, remembering the good f**k I got from that guy. It’s so annoying I didn’t get to know his name.

Sofia glared at Lucy who was busy staring into space. She clenched her fist in anger before striding towards her wardrobe.

Back at the hotel.

Michael woked up after tossing and turning on the bed for a long time.

He squinted his eyes when he found the other side of the bed empty. “Why isn’t she here? Don’t tell me she left without informing me?” He kept mumbling to himself as he sat up properly on the bed.

“Hey, are you in there?” He yell out towards the bathroom door, hoping to get a feedback from her but, none came and he also wasn’t hearing the running of water.

He sighed feeling sad he didn’t get to see her again that morning.

He decided to go freshen up. The moment he stood up from the bed, his eyes collided with a piece of paper laid neatly on the bed.

There was this sudden joy in his heart at that very moment. His thoughts were she dropped a note for him and was so eager to read the contents.

He hastily picked it up and began reading. As he read on, the smile on his face wiped off almost immediately.

The paper reads.. “If you are seeing this right now, then you must be awake already. Last night was so much fun with you. But then, I had f**ked you for a reason. I guess you haven’t noticed that your Gold jewelries and your money are all gone. Yes, I took them all because, these are my reasons for spending the night with you. Thanks so much for such an opportunity. Kisses from your Lucy baby.”

The moment he finished reading the letter, he raced to the drawers and true to what the letter says, his money and jewelries were all gone.

His face twisted into a deep frown, his fist clenched against the piece of paper in anger. “How dare that motherf**ker? Does she really think I won’t find her? I’m so going to crutch her to pieces!” He spat out vehemently. He hastily got dressed and hurried out of the room.
