It's becoming a habit that I wake up alone in a strange bed. I need to rectify this quickly, if i have to chain Matt to my arm i will. I quietly open the bedroom door and hear Rachael’s muffled laughter coming from down the hall. I walk towards her and hope she has food. The door is slightly open and i see her sat on the sofa with Zander rubbing her feet, I try to quietly turn around to give them some space
“Kate? My love?” the door opens and i find Matt looking at me “Are you ok?” he looks me up and down, i smile and walk into his open arms
“I miss you” i simply say hoping he gets my meaning, i’m not quite sure i know what i mean but i know for some reason he will.
“I miss you too, sorry I wasn't there when you woke up.” he kisses the top of my head “i didn’t want to wake you”
