Olivia was anxious as she drove to the art center. It was the first day back to work at the art center since the attack on Julian and Everly. She knew Obsidian was safe, but she also knew it was safe before someone had tried to kill her family members. Some of her worries subsided as she watched a dragon cruise in a wide circle over the construction site. She smiled when she recognized it was Tyson’s cousin Luke.
As soon as she parked her car, Amelia and Jonah were there to help carry lunch. Lucy had kept her word and made enough food to feed at least a dozen people. They carried it to the popup canopy that was set up. It contained a folding table and the chaise lounge that Julian had been assigned. He was laughing when Olivia set her box on the table.
