1• live your life with hope
It is raining outside, and people's voices are getting louder. They are running so as not to get wet, and some of them are walking with umbrellas. I am looking at the rain through the window on my bed. I can not move or do anything. I look in constant misery. How could I not be? When I remain like this forever. I feel so hateful and angry because I was saved. Why did he save me? Why didn't he let me die? I want to die. "My dear, I will clean your body now with a wet towel. Tell me if you feel cold, so I can turn on the heater, okay?" . I look at my mother, and she is trying hard to take care of me. She has not gotten bored with me since this accident happened to me that left me paralyzed. She knows that I can't feel anything in my feet. I wanted to tell her that, but I would rather not see her cry again because of me. Two years have passed since the accident. I have seen many doctors trying to find a treatment for me so that I can walk again, but to no avail. I will simply never walk again. "I finished cleaning you and applied moisturizing cream with the scent you like, lavender, and styled your hair into a braid. You are beautiful, my daughter." My mother looks at me as if I were her precious treasure and tells me beautiful words, thinking that this will make me happy, but it only brings me more pain and sorrow. "What do you think if I paint you nail polish? It's been a while since we painted your nails. Should I paint your nails red, or do you want your favorite color purple?" . I kept looking at the rain without answering her. I had no desire to talk, and I had no desire to live. My mother sighed and said, "I'll go get the nail polish." While she was taking her mobile phone, she dropped the glass vase, and it shattered into pieces. "Oh, what did I do? I'm sorry. I will bring the broom to clean the glass, okay? Furthermore, I won't be late, my dear Lola." I looked at the pieces of glass. Raising my back and leaning myself on the ground a little to pick up a piece of glass with my hand. I looked at it, and all that was on my mind was trying to end my life at this moment. "Okay, dear Jay, at the end of our "With the Guest" radio program, is there anything you would like to say on behalf of yourself and the members of the Wolves band?". "Mmm, it is rainy today. There are many people who do not like rain and are upset by it, but for me, it represents a new beginning for a new day. No matter how difficult your time is and how you feel like you are in constant darkness, be sure that the sun will rise again, so be patient for another day and live your life every day with hope." When I wanted to commit suicide, the voice of this person on the television radio, called Jay, was ringing in my ears, as if God had sent me a message through this person to give me hope in life again and to live once more for the sake of the people who love me. I don't know who you are, Mr. Jay, but thank you for those kind words. “Oh, Lava, my dear, look what you got. It’s a basket of your favorite flowers, ‘lavender’.” I put my hand out to touch the flowers that are dearest to my heart and from which my name is derived, as my father told me. I took the placed card to see who sent it, but all that was written on it was just a sentence that will remain embedded in my heart forever. “You are my constant spring, even on rainy days.” I woke up today happily and energetically, as today ' 7/7 ' is my birthday, as I have turned 27 years old, and my beloved band ‘The Wolves’ is also having a concert. How excited I am to see my favorite artist, 'Jay'. “Oh, look at my dear Lava, how beautiful she is today.” My father said as he pushed the wheelchair to the table for breakfast. My brother William smiled and then said sarcastically, “Dad, she is 27 years old. She has grown old. How can you still call her beautiful?” I hit the spoon on his face and said to him, “Look at yourself, old man. You are 30 years old, and you are still single.” “Hey, watch your words. You know that I'm your ride to the party today.” “Dad, look at him. He is threatening me that he will not give me a ride.” “Don’t worry, my dear, no one will dare to threaten you while I am here. William will take you; otherwise, I will take the car away from him.” “What? Dad, are you talking seriously now?” “Of course, now eat your food and prepare yourself to deliver your sister.” I looked at my brother with a smirk and finished my food happily. I got ready for the concert, I took my notebook to get the band members' signatures. I also took a light stick, a picture of my favorite 'Jay', my ticket, and finally, I took a small box of my favorite fruit 'berries' to eat in case I felt hungry. “William, are you ready? Come on, we have to hurry and pass by my friends Rose and Marilla to take them as well.” “Okay, okay, I'm ready to go.” “Wait a minute.” My mother and father came out of their room with a charmingly wrapped gift. My mother gave me the gift, saying, “Dear, this is your birthday present.” My father patted my head and said, “Happy birthday, Lava, my little one.” I smiled and thanked them, “Thank you, can I open it now?”. “Of course, dear”, I began to open the packaging to find a luxurious white velvet box. I opened it to be surprised by a pendant in the shape of an hourglass in rose gold color, with bright blue sand inside, and on top of the hourglass, there was a four-pointed star. “Wow, this is so beautiful. The necklace is so magical and charming!” My father smiled and told me, “It's your grandmother's necklace. She kept it for you. It's been yours since you were born.” “I loved her very much. I am grateful to my grandmother, even though she is not with us, but I will always remember her through this necklace.” “Okay, my dear, you have to go now. We will celebrate your birthday when you return from the concert. We will be waiting for you.” My mother kissed me goodbye. “Bye, see you later.” I waved my hand at them and left in the car.
