Author's Perspective
Delia stretched and blinked her eyes. She glanced to the side and saw the man who had been with her last night, still sound asleep and embracing her. She gently touched Ryan's smooth face with a broad smile.
"Big baby," she muttered to herself. As she tried to move away, her hand was pulled, startling Delia. Ryan brought Delia's hand to his chest.
"Yes, I'm handsome. Don't keep staring, or you might want a repeat of last night," Ryan said with his eyes closed. Delia's face warmed reflexively at her husband's teasing. She forcefully pulled her hand, still tightly gripped by Ryan.
"Stay like this, I just want to enjoy this moment." Ryan's eyes opened, gazing lovingly at Delia. "Thank you," he added after planting a kiss on Delia's forehead.
