She looked at me wide-eyed, I could see how the panic grew in her. "Babe calm down .." I held her and kissed her lips.

I felt the sparks, damn how hard it was to not keep kissing her...

She looked up at me. "okay .." she still looked a little worried.

"You have probably noticed that it has been relatively empty here these days.

It's Alpha William who has asked everyone to give us space. As of tomorrow, everything will be as usual. It may be that there are more people on the open floors. I just wanted to warn you "

I kissed her again.

I stood and admired her, she was so strong. After all that she has been thought especially these last days, Today she really stood up for herself and her siblings and I think that was a good thing.

"What if Diana is looking for them? She probably has to do that right? " She looked tormented.

"we'll talk to Luna Grace, she usually has good answers" I still held her while I mindlinked Luna Grace.

"Hey Luna, do you have time for a second? Jessi has some questions"

"Hi David, of course. You're welcome, we're at Alpha Williams' office " I turn off the mindlink and met Jessi's glance.

"She and Alpha William are in the office. We were welcome."

Alpha Williams' office was on the fifth floor. we went up there.

Luna Grace and Alpha William stood outside the office waiting for us.

"Alpha William, Luna Grace," I nodded, Jessi nodded too.

"Always as respectful" It was Benjamin he stood in the doorway to the office with a big smile.

"welcome in" Alpha William and Luna Grace entered the office. Alpha William's office was large, in addition to his desk where he did his work, he had a coffee table and two twoseted sofas facing each other and a third threeseted sofa that stood so that it was shaping a U.

Alpha William and Luna Grace sat on the middle couch, Jessi and I sat to their right and Benjamin sat to their left, in front of me and Jessi.

Alpha William and Luna Grace asked how things had gone with the pickup of Jessie's siblings. we told them that it had gone relatively well, but that the children had been treated very badly while Jessi hadn't been able to be there and protect them. Jessi started crying. She was full of guilt. I put my arm around her and pressed her along my side, I put my chin on her head. "It's okay," I said calmly.

"I want our pack doctors to check on the kids if it's okay for you Jessi?" Grace asked.

"What will I do if Diana is looking for the children? What if she calls authorities for them?" Jessi asked while she looked worried.

"I'll send the packs' lawyers there. They'll negotiate a deal with her so she's relinquishing custody to you." Grace answered calmly.

"but I'm not 18 yet .. " Jessi looked worried.

"In the negotiations, the lawyers will press Diana to declare you as adult from now, it's not even two months until you turn 18," Alpha William replied firmly.

"okay but if she refuses then?" Jessi looked down at the floor. You could see the fear she carried. The fear that her siblings would have to return….

"She can try. They are here now and she doesn't know where they are and she will never know." Grace said as she looked calm.

"thank you" Jessi sighed in relief.

"Jessi, we need to talk to David a little bit. Is that okay?" Grace asked cautiously.

"it's okay," jessi got up and walked towards the door before leaving the room, she turned around and said "i think their tour is over soon, I will go down to our room" She smiled at me.

All day I have tried to push away all the sparks I get in my body when we are touching, Xavier has howled a couple of times. He just like me admires this woman. Xavier envies me and longs for him to meet her wolf. I can't blame him. I mean, normally I shouldn 't even know we're mates. My thoughts got interrupted.

"so now to the other things. I will step down from the position as Alpha in a month. Benjamin is ready to take over." Alpha William look at me. I could see the pride in his eyes.

"Thats great! Congratulations" I smiled at Benjamin.

"yeah I'm nervous, but I have the best Beta in the world so we'll fix it. And Dad's here if there's anything we need advice on like always. "

"Thank you I have barely been Beta for a month but we have always been a good team." we laughed and Alpha William interrupted "I'm so proud of you two, especially you David. You're really become a man your parents would have been proud of. Even the moon goddess has blessed you with revealing your Mate before her 18th birthday. Xavier must be so jealous" he smiled.

"if you only knew!" we laughed.

"David, we're trying to find out who Jesse's biological father is. We're telling you now so it doesn't come as shock if we find him. I don't want to tell her anything yet. I'm afraid it's going to be too much for her to take in. Especially with everything that has been happening in her life now .. and if we don't find him I don't want to disappoint her .." Grace looked at me seriously as she told me. "okay, I understand." I nodded.
