Chapter thirty two

1036 Words
Taylor’s POV Izzy and I really haven’t had the chance to talk about everything that’s happened. She feels happy, but at the same time, she feels like she’s overwhelmed. Who could blame her with everything that happened, and it all happened within hours of each other? I promise to never let anything happen to her again. I will protect her with my life. All that matters is her happiness. I hope she’s having fun shopping right now. I really wanted to go with her, but the guys all need suits, and James needs everything. I just wished Izzy had time to breathe. All the guys got new suits, and I told them to get them fitted. It should take them about an hour or so to get them back. The guy who owns the store does all my tailoring for me. He’s fast and efficient. And he’s really good. It usually only takes about an hour or so. While we were waiting, we went to a few more stores for James. I wanted to get James a phone and computer, but before I do that, I want to be sure he’s telling the truth. We won’t find that out till tomorrow. I’m hoping Jarred finds his mate soon. “So,” he will finally settle down. Jarred? Yes, Alpha? Would you leave those s**** alone and get back over here so we can find the girls and get some lunch? Oh, come on, Taylor. Jarred! You’re such a party pooper! And you’re a man, we***e. If you keep it up, I will put you on guard duty at the front gate instead of dinner at my mom’s house tonight. You wouldn’t dare! Try me, Jarred, sighs. Okay, Taylor, let’s go find the girls. You’re no fun when our Luna is not with you. Ry just laughs; he’s got a point. Shut it, you’re just as bad. True, but he can’t hear me, Ry says laughing. Izzy, where are you guys at? You don’t want to know. Well, maybe you would, but I’m still not telling you. Izzy’s POV Izzy! Your mom and my grandma are ridiculous, not only that they are embarrassing, THEY HAVE ZERO I DO MEAN ZERO BOUNDARIES! Honestly, they have no shame. That’s not even half of it, laughs Izzy. Taylor laughs. My mom has always been that way. You will get used to it. You’re still not telling me where you’re at, my love. I know!! I’m hungry, Taylor. Why don’t we all get pizza or something? That sounds great; why don’t we all meet at the restaurant? Great!! I’ll let your mom and them know; we will meet you there in fifteen minutes. Sounds great, my love. See you soon. We get to the restaurant, they opened the back room for our party since there were so many of us. Everyone was able to come since the mall is right by the pack lands. Abby tried staying at the pack house, but I reminded Abby she needed an outfit for the meeting too. So I made her come. Alicia and Sara probably have gone crazy with my card; I’m so gonna regret it later. I told my mom to have everything sent to the pack house and the cabin so we didn’t have to carry anything around. I won’t know the damage till I look at the bills. I like them to think I care but I really don’t. It’s not like I don’t have the money for it. I actually love to spoil my family. Izzy’s POV It was actually fun shopping with my grandma and Ava even though they really need to learn boundaries, I really had fun shopping. I still can’t believe how much Ava, Alicia, Sara, and my grandma love to shop. Abby shops “ like I do” find what you need and you’re done. She doesn’t try buying everything in sight! Not the rest of them, if I was Taylor, I would take their credit cards away from them and cut them up! I don’t even have the words to describe them; they are just plain exhausting. I’m exhausted just thinking about it. I wouldn’t change any of it though. It’s my family. For the good and the bad. We are family, and I couldn’t be happier. Sitting in the restaurant with Taylor, I watch my family laugh and joke. I look at the man next to me, I can’t believe how blessed I truly am. Don’t you mean how blessed we are says Shay. Yes Shay we are blessed. My bad sticking my tongue out at her. Izzy’s POV Izzy, oh Izzy. Huh? Where are you at, my love? Right here next to you, I laugh. She’s probably thinking of what she’s going to wear for you, says Ava. Oh really? lifting his brow at me. My face turned a deep red, all the girls started laughing. You two have no shame, just no shame, I mumble. Shay starts laughing. Shay I don’t want to hear a word from you which only makes Shay laugh harder. Shaking my head at their lack of boundaries. I don’t know what you’re talking about, Izzy, Ava, sure you do. You and my grandma are the tag team from hell. Neither of you understand boundaries. They both start laughing. We would never, says my grandma, we both know that’s not true, grandma. Everyone started laughing even more. You two, pointing a finger at them, I will never go shopping at that store with you again! Ava laughs, we were only trying to help! she grins. Help who? You do realize the person you are supposedly helping is your son and I’m his mate! EXACTLY! We want both of you to be happy! Ava grins! I shake my head, rolling my eyes at Ava. Ava smiles sweetly, trying to play like she’s innocent, “we both know she not even close to being innocent, she the devil in disguise.”My grandma is no better. I just sat there looking at both of them listening to their shenanigans. My love, what did you get that I would want to see? OMG - did that man really just go there!
