Chapter 38By the time we drive Michel to the airport, we're all booked up and raring to go. We've opted to fly from Girona in Spain instead of Perpignan, because the flight will get us in at a better time. It will take us just over an hour to get to the Spanish airport instead of half an hour to the French one, but we'll be in central London by early afternoon instead of the evening.
“The hotel I've chosen for you is part of the Thistle group,” Michel says. “It has four stars and, because of a special offer, I've managed to get you a free upgrade to an executive suite. Your room will be a 'no smoking room' so you won't have to endure the effects of someone else's dirty habit.”
