Alex's first day in a new school

*Beep Beep Beep* My alarm started going off at 7:30. I rolled out of bed, still tired from my shift from last night. My name is Alex, and I am a werewolf.
I realized my brother Sam wasn't up yet, so I walked across the hallway, and woke his as* up. "Yo Sam, get up, it's out first day at this new school, we don't want to be late!" He rolled over, his red hair fell into his open green eyes. "Dude, I barely slept last night. I kept dreaming about her." You see, over the summer, Sam was seeing a girl named Lauren who turned out to be a vampire. She bit him, then fed him her blood, and snapped his neck. I walked into the living room during the neck snapping part, and killed her, not knowing what she had done, just that my brother was dead. I triggered my werewolf curse that night, and my brother turned into a vampire.
My brother and I share the same mortal dad, but have different mom's. My mom was a werewolf, thus I got the werewolf gene, but I could only trigger it by killing someone. I guess it even works if you kill something undead, like a vampire. My dad was a bit of a womanizer in his day, and got 2 women pregnant around the same time. Sam and I share the same dad, and the same birthday. Sam's mom died during childbirth, so neither of our mom's are in out lives. My mother, I have never met. Our dad has raised us together by himself since day 1. We left the town we used to in to get a fresh start. I'm excited to see what this new school, and school year will bring.
"Sam, do you mind if I jump in the shower first? I'm so sweaty and dirty from my shift last night." "No dude, do you." I went into the bathroom, and turned on the water the hottest it could go. While it was heating up, I stared at myself in the mirror. Wow, all this working out over the summer has really evolved my body. I have to bend over to really see myself because I'm 6 foot 5 inches tall. I could tell I really needed to shower as my wavy black locks showed a lot of dirt from my change last night. My brown eyes sparkled in the light as I put my contacts in. I jumped in the shower, and washed my 6 pack with my favorite Irish soap. "Yo, Alex, hurry up in there, I need to shower too fam!" "Yeah dude, almost done!"
I rinsed off my body, and stepped out of the shower, and stuck my towel on, and proceeded to head back to my room. I grabbed a pair of black basketball shorts, and a white v neck tee. Now I'm going to grab some waffles, and wait for Sam to be done so we can head to school in the BMW.
