Riley's P.O.V
Scarlett's words were so bold that I could barely look at the waitress. Scarlett was fine though, and I don't understand how, since she was the one who said that bold statement. She told me that she'd pay for it personally so that the waitress won't be able to bother me anymore. I was fine with it, but I was still embarrassed. She's so bold that I can't even begin to think of what she would say next.
"Alright, I've paid. Let's go?"
We walked out of the seafood restaurant hand in hand. I was glad that we were out of there. The embarrassment was too much for me to handle. A second longer and I'd be running to the exit of the restaurant to save what dignity I have left.
