I was on my way to the Bautista mansion. Mr. and Mrs. Bautista visited earlier and took Scarlett with them. They told me to come alone later. I was fine with it. I don't really mind. I'm used to going back and forth alone because of work.
"Hey, you can do this." even though I've been meeting up with her parents, I still feel so nervous whenever I go as Scarlett's suitor.
My heart is legitimately pounding right now. It was loud and almost breaking out of my ribs. I performed breathing exercises but it wasn't enough. It was still pounding hard. I could hear it in my head. I bit my lower lip, wanting to bleed it open.
"No, I can do this. You've done this before, you can do it again." I hyped myself up. Anything was better than nervousness.
