I woke up this morning determined to get the truth from Lily. she doesn't know I know the truth yet, but before anything, I need to do my business and shower. I can't wait to see my mate. "I can't wait either," sirius says.

after I finished my shower and everything, I run down stairs to grab a bite to eat and then make my way to school. I have the 2021 Chevy truck, I could have gone to a nicer vehicle but I don't like to boost about how much money I have because there are people in the school I go to that are broke and can't even afford a vehicle.

I make my way to school and park in the stall with my name on it, when I exit the car that dumb b***h Hailey squeals and says "hey babe!! I missed you", as she jumps on my and kisses me. I literally threw her off of me and said "Don't you ever come near me again you w***e, I'm not your mate and even if I was I'd reject you! stay the f**k away from away from me I have found my mate!" using my alpha tone on her... she whimpered and walked away.

lily's pov

I was just reaching the school when I saw that girl Hailey squeal saying how she missed MY mate and then jumped on him kissing him. I was so angry I was about to run away when Katerina held my arm, making me turn. just as I was turn back around I see Wyatt throwing her off of him and the saying he never wanted her to touch him again and that even if she was his mate he'd reject her, ouch a little harsh but I can't blame him. then she whimpered and ran away. It was the greatest site. I run up to him saying "hey baby! I missed you, handsome," then jumped on him, kissing him, trying to get that skanks scent off of him. as I pulled back, he let me back on my feet. "i missed you too, love," he replies.

ummmmm, did you forget about me or what? Katerina asks with a laugh. "Oh no, I would never!" I reply with a giggle. "I'm sorry. I just wanted to get that skanks scent off of him. that's all I promise, "I say. Katerina looks like she's about to explode, and she just bursts out laughing, "I.... gasp..... was..... gasp..... just ..... gasp bugging you," she says in between laughs and then goes on about the on my face was priceless. I don't know why she's laughing so hard, I mentally face palm myself. all of a sudden, she stops laughing and goes a bit pale.

Katerinas pov

I'm staring into the most beautiful ocean blues I've ever seen, I knew I felt drawn to him and with my birthday so close, and my wolf is in my head. I can't wait to see her. but back to more pressing matters, I still don't think he knows im his mate...... "Well, duh, we haven't shifted stooopid hooman," my wolf star says. "Is there a reason you talk like that, or are you just a big fluff ball?" I ask her, "Well, that was mean.... and fine, I'll stop. I'll speak properly...... love you girly, " Star says. "Hi, I don't think we've met before." Mr. Blues eyes say. "I'm Katerina nice to meet you Mr ummm, what's your name?" I ask slightly embarrassed..... why am I even embarrassed. "Sorry, I'm Derek, wyatts beta." he replies and in the most sexy voice. "Well, it's nice to meet you, beta Derek." I answer back. "Oh, no need for that beautiful, just Derek is fine." he says with a smile.

Derek's pov

my God, the beautiful woman here has taken my breath away. I really hope she shifts soon so I can see if she's my mate. "I kinda hope she is!" My wolf Theo says with excitement. that right there tells me she is probably my mate. because any other female he would growl to get away from us, but not this beauty right here. "sooooo we are having a BBQ this evening and would love for you two to join us," I say, still looking at Katerina. "we'd love to," says the other one, which I'm assuming is scarlett, wyatts mate, considering she's curled into his side. "Great, be there by 5:30, that's just before everyone gets there. because I'd like to introduce you to my parents." Wyatt says, pulling scarlett a little closer.

lily's pov

"Oh s**t we are about to meet our mates parents Diamond" I say. "Girl, we got this. We are lovable. We have nothing to worry about," She replies back. "OK Wyatt, we will see you after school, bye." I say, "OK, see you after, " he replies back.

"sooooooo, you finally got to see Derek up close. is he your mate?" I ask my sister. "Yes, he is. Star won't shut up about him saying he's so strong looking and mates so handsome. she's really giving me a headache," Katerina laughs out. "Wait, you can talk to your wolf?" I ask. "Yeah, she's saying I'll be shifting sooner rather than later but won't tell me when, it's annoying," She says. hmmmm, well, she is my sister, and she does not have as strong as an aura as I do. She still has a very strong one. it'd be pretty cool if she shifted to the BBQ tonight. I guess we will have to wait and see.

katerinas pov

School has just ended, so Lily and I are making our way home to get ready for the BBQ. I have no idea what to where but they told us semi casual. so I'm going with my best jeans and favorite red top with my black spiked heels and black leather jacket, my hair straightened, and a golden smoky eye for hair and makeup. as soon as I'm done, I turn around, and my jaw literally drops. my sister is in her white ripped skinny jeans with a sparkly lilac shirt and her black leather jacket with her spiked sparkly lilac pumps, her gorgeous hair is a shiny lilac color and straight and she's got a golden brown smoky eye with a nude lip.

"wow sis you look hot!" I say. "Thanks, so do you, girl! Derek, for sure, is going to be drooling, " Lily says with a chuckle. "Well, let's go, I know it's only 4:30, but I miss my mate," She says. "OK, yeah, for sure, I miss Derek anyways," I say with a giggle.

Wyatts pov

I hope they get here soon. I'm excited for my parents to meet Lily. I just can't wait to see what she chose to wear. I'm sporting my best white jeans and my lilac button-down shirt with a black leather jacket and my black dress shoes. Derek he sporting his best jeans and red button down shirt his black leather jacket and black dress shoes. "You look pretty good, man," I compliment him. "thanks man so do you, the purple really suits you, no joke," he compliments me back. wow, actually nice for once. I chuckle and shake my head in an amusement. "I can't wait for the girls to get here and see what they are wearing," I say to Derek. "I know, man, me too. I feel super drawn to katerina," Derek says. hmmm, Derek and katerina, if they are mates, that would be amazing because we would all live together. just as I'm thinking that I smell vampires, s**t probably those f*****g assholes who kidnapped Lily when she was just a little girl. as I was about to shift this amazing wolf jumps out and scares them off.

i have never seen a wolf like that before she's white as snow with sparkly lilac tips. she's beautiful...... but wait i have a mate why am I drooling over this wolf....... just as I was about to ask her to shift back she leaps off into the woods and disappears. I decide to bring it up to Lily because I want no secrets. I turn back to my back yard and my jaw literally drops not only because my mate is sexy in what she's wearing but we are matching, as well as Katerina and Derek.

Derek's pov

Oh my goddess I'm literally matching Katerina. it's gotta be fate she must be my soul mate. same color jeans, shirt, shoes and jacket what are the odds. just then Theo is going crazy yell in my head mate is near. I kinda got disappointed when he didn't say Katerina. just then Katerina stops dead in her tracks and screams in pain. I rush of to her and beside her in a flash. not sure what's going on and then 2 minutes later she is the beautiful pitch black wolf with red sparkly tips, and these gorgeous turquoise eyes. and just as fast as she shift she was gone into the woods and a few minutes later walking out of the woods fully clothed and still as hot as when she first got here.

that's when the most delicious smell hit my nose. cinnamon and vanilla, I growl out mate and pull her to my chest. oh my goddess I'm so happy Katerina is my mate. "I'm so happy you are my mate!!!!!" I say a little to excited. "I am to, I cant believe I have found my mate and my mate is you I'm the luckiest shewolf alive!!!" She says with so much excitement.

Lily is here and katerina just shift in a unique wolf. damn this is getting very interesting. just as I was pulling Lily into my chest my parents came out. "Mom, dad I'd like you to meet my mate Li.... scarlett." I say almost slipping up. "hi scarlett I'm grace and this is my mate Tony." my mom introduces herself. "well it's very nice to meet you" my beautiful mate says as she hugs my parents.

"now I would like to talk to my mate about something, we will be back in a bit." I say pull Lily to the garden. "what is it that you need to talk about love?" Lily asks. "well first things first I saw the wolf white a snow with purple sparkly tips and I know you're my mate and I don't know who that shewolf was but I wanted to shift into my wolf and have my way with her. I don't want any secrets between us hence why I'm letting you know" I say a little worried she's going to reject me. "oh my darling mate that was me you don't need to feel ashamed" Lily says with the most beautiful laugh. "OK and secondly I know you Lily strongheart the lost princess, before you get mad your wolf Diamond told my wolf sirius about the truth and I just wanted to make sure it was true." I say all in one breath. "you haven't told anyone have you?" She says a little nervously. "no I would never break your trust like that but wait until Hailey hears who you are she's going to regret ever disrespecting you. of course I won't say anything until you says so." I say. "OK good and it'll be a few more months before I tell everyone about myself because the vampires who kidnapped me are still looking for me and we don't know how many supernatural beings they have on their side," she explains to me. which makes a lot of sense. after we finished talk to told me that we could tell Derek because he's her sisters mate. the look on Derek's face was priceless and him finding out his mate is a strongheart instead of a Stevenson was hilarious. we figure after she comes out as the lost princess that's when we will merge our packs together and I'll be King alpha and she will be queen alpha and not luna because she's born an alpha same rank as me.

we are just heading back to the party when Hailey decides to show up. "oh no the skank is back" Lily says. "let's hurry up and get inside maybe she won't see us." I say. lily agrees with me. we made it past her without her noticing thankfully.

Just as we get inside, I look back to see Hailey talking to my mom in a serious matter, both of them glancing in our direction every once in a while. and it's worrying. I'm not sure what to do because she could be sputing lies to my mom.

I see rage in moms eyes as she comes flying at my mate. "MOM, WHAT THE HELL DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING!!!!!" I yell in my alpha tone. she stops and turns to me and says, " I just had a nice chat with your real mate." She said Scarlett has you under so kind of spell??? what the hell!!!" woah this b***h needs to go I'm not deal with her s**t. I use my alpha command on Hailey to get her to tell my mom the truth. "I'm not his mate because that b***h over there took him from me he was supposed to be mine. I was so close to becoming his girlfriend, but nooooo this whole gets him!!!" I growled so loud that she got so scared and passed herself. "first off you were never going to be my girl friend and secondly she didn't steal me from you because the moon goddess made us mates so get your head out of your ass and stop lying to people!!" As I finish talking with Hailey, my moms apologizing to Lily, I can see Lily cowering away from my mom. I growl, and mom jumps back. "Next to come talk to me before assuming anything, it is going to take a while for my mate to accept your apology, mom. that was so uncalled, for she is a sweet girl." I turned and walked away with Lily in my arms.
