lily's pov

After the BBQ, we decide to bring our mates home to meet our parents. and let me tell you those two were a nervous wreck. but our parents are awesome, so after 4 hours of convincing our mates, katerina and I decided to rush out the door with our mates and make our way to the castle so they don't change their minds.

as soon as we walk through the door, my parents are engulfing Katerina and I in a hug, and then all of a sudden, like they were shot with an icy stare. they stood, asking us who the two gentle men were standing in the doorway. "These handsome gentlemen are our mates Wyatt and derek," I reply with the biggest smile on my face. my mom was jumping up and down with joy while my dad was as white as a ghost.

Katerinas pov

after Lily introduced our mates to our parents, my dad didn't look so hot. I thought he may actually be sick, and then the unexpected happens. "I'm sorry if I don't seem very happy because I truly am it's just that katerina's too young to be able to find her, mate." King Lane replies, "I've already shifted and everything daddy," I reply. "I need a drink. This is too much for me to take in," King Lane says. "King, it's an honor to be mated to your daughter," Derek says, looking in my dad's eyes with his hand out, ready to shake my father's hand. now I'm getting worried because my dad is literally staring at my mate, not knowing what to say. "Daddy, you gonna be ok there?" I ask, my dad

"Don't touch me!" My dad all but growls out. To which he then stormed off to his office. "Don't mind, my mate. He's just so protective over the girls. hasn't really been the same since Lily was taken, and now I'm starting to see who he was long ago again." My mother pipes up.

"Do you not realize how important that sparkly lavender wolf is?!" I yell at my incompetent helper. "She will be my mate and will give me very strong pups, whether she likes it or not." I say with a very demonic laugh. "And if she kills you, what then? you do realize she is stronger than you in wolf and human form." My helper tells me, I mean, he's not wrong, but he has no right bringing it up. "SHUT UP YOU FOOL!!!!!" I growl at him and stare in satisfaction as he bares his neck in submission and a whimpering mess. "No go get me one of my where's so I can f**k her brains out, I need a good release." I ask my helper. "ye..... ye.... yes alpha" he stutters out.

Lily's pov

I was just getting ready for bed when my wolf started pacing in my head. "would you quit pacing, it's really annoying!" I snapped. "I'm sorry something just seems off and I have a really bad feeling." my wolf explains, I apologized for snapping at my wolf and just told her to be on alert and not to worry so much we could handle anything now that we have our mate. that seemed to calm her down a bit because she just went to the back of my mind and laid down for the night. whatever is coming I know I'll be able to overcome it because I have my wolf and my mate.

Katerina's pov

This sucks, my wolf is on edge which is making me on edge. She did say something about having a special connection to diamond, Lily's wolf. But I just don't understand why they are on edge........ There could be so many reasons, the biggest one being Lily was taken when she was just a little girl. I'm super stoked to have her back and I will fight until the death to make sure she says with us and never taken away again. I walk over to lily's room to see what she is doing, I know she's probably pouting like I am with not being able to have our mates in our room with us, thanks a lot dad....... I roll my eyes just thinking about it. why does he have to be so cruel? It's not like we will misbehave. we never have and never will we will wait till we are the right age for it.

As I reach Lily's room, I see her pouting. "You were right is pouting, haha," my wolf laughs. I just shake my head and enter her room, "Hey, is something wrong?" I ask her. "Yeah, I just have this really bad feeling like something bad might happen," she says. I see so much h fear evident in her eyes, and it's starting to make me worry as well. I'm not sure how to comfort Lily because we are still getting to know each other again, I really don't want to lose her again. Everything was too black and gray with emotions when she was gone. But now that she's back, everything is so colorful, and the joy I see around the cause is amazing! I just don't want it to go away again.

Lily's pov

Katrina is freaking out because I'm freaking out. this bad feeling just won't go away. I'm not sure how to explain it to her without sound like I'm a lunatic. I just need to focus on figuring it out, and Diamond says that I haven't reached my full potential yet, so there's another thing I'm thinking about. "What are you thinking about now, Lily?" katerina asks. I just explained to her what was going on in my head. she seems to be understanding what I'm feeling because she doesn't look as confused anymore. at least she is not threatening to throw me in the loony bin. "Just make sure to keep your guard up at all times, something it coming, and I don't know what it is." I tell her gently. she agrees to keep her guard and says she's headed to bed for the night. we say our goodnight, and I head for the shower to clean myself before I fall asleep.

wyatts pov

I'm literally in the guest room when I should be with my girl. "maybe we can sneak into her room after her parents go to bed?" my wolf suggests. hmmmm yeah that's what we will do. I will crawl into bed with her and fall asleep.

Derek's pov

I'm so sneaking I to Katrina's room after her parents go to bed, I want to sleep next to may mate and not in a guest room. I should be with her right now hugging her and holding her I just want to be with her. Her dad scares thes s**t out of me though so ill just wait, and not do a suicide attempt. that wouldnt be good for anyone, especially wyatt considering ill be his beta when he becomes alpha. While im all up in my head i hear katerinas parents got to bed. So i sneak down the hal and lightly tap on her door. "What took you so long?" she says with annoyance. i just chuckle and push my way through the door and drag her to bed with me.
