scared and confused

lily's pov

I wake up from some noise outside my window, I look to see if Katerina is awake. "pssst Katerina, are you awake?" Lily whispers. Katerina must be extremely exhausted from today, we both had to train very hard. mommy and daddy say that we get our wolves in between the ages of 16 and 18. it is said that only a hand full of werewolves got their wolves years before they were actually supposed to get it, and only one werewolf that was pure white that sparkled. I'm beginning to worry vecause the noises outside my window are getting g closer and Katerina is in a deep slumber.

"shhhhh shes in here I know it!" a voice of a man that I've never heard before. "could you say it any louder, maybe the King and Queen didnt hear you clearly." came another voice but this time it was a woman that snapped at the guy who whisper yelled. the noises were finally at her window and before she could scream something zoomed right in through the window and snatched her. After that darkness filled me and pulled me into a black pit.

I woke up the next morning in a room I did not recognize, the walls were painted a light lilac purple and the bedding was a deep royal purple. I'm scared and don't know where I am. I'm about to yell when I hear foot steps coming to the door, I got really scared and ran in to the bathroom that was in the left corner of the room and close the door and lock it. "hello Lily where are sweetie I'm worried about you darling." the woman from last night said.

I stay quiet cause I'm not sure what I'm doing here and scared out of my mind. "Lily come on sweetie mommy wants to see you and your name is being changed to Scarlett Grayson." the women says, but I know she's not my mommy, but she's saying she's my mommy.

"Scarlett someone took you from us when you were just born, we never stopped looking for you. I'm your real mommy." She says and with that I slowly walk out of my hiding place and begin to look at her. "OH Scarlett that's where you were, why were you hiding?" this pale woman asks. "Rose darling where are you? have you found our beautiful little girl yet?" the man I remember from last night calls out. "Yes Steven she's in her room with me." the woman I now know as Rose calls out.

"OH, sweetheart there you are, daddy, daddy was so worried." Steven says, "H h h how do I know you two are my real mommy and daddy?" I stuttered out. "well that's just it, you don't because you were taken as a newborn, and we never got the chance to raise you." Steven says. " y y y you promise you w w w won't hurt me?" I ask scared out of my mind. "oh my poor baby girl we'd never hurt you, all we want to do is treat you like a princess. that's all we've ever wanted to do but never got the chance to, but now that we have you back we can!" Rose exclaims. just as I'm about to ask another question this man walks in and looks straight at me, then at the two people claiming to be my parents. "Ahh Anthony there you are, you are to be her guard. no harm will ever come to my beautiful little angel." Steven orders. "sir but I thought I was to protect you and your mate." Anthony questioned. "yes, yes but now I have plenty of guards who can protect me but you are the best and I want my daughter to have the best." Steven replies. "it would be my honor sir, I shall protect her with my life," the man I know as Anthony says. "and why do I need protecting?" Lily asks. "Because darling they are people who are always going to be after you and we want to keep you safe." the man claiming to be my father says. I'm not sure I trust these people. I'll play along for now but I don't think they are my parents.

several years later

scarletts pov

"Mommy, daddy when do i get to meet my mate?. I ask, "when you turn 16 Scarlett, you have to remember you're only 15." Steven and Rose reply together. "OK well I'm off to school I'll see you guys at supper." I say as I walk out the door.

roses pov

"I hope she'll always believe we are her parents and not the stupid king and queen." Rose says, "Don't worry my love as long as she doesn't bump into her adoptive sister she'll never know, besides Katerina doesn't go to the same school." Steven replies. "Yeah I guess you're right but I'm not sure she was actually adopted into a random family did you see how much they looked alike considering? also considering we just sent her to a new school this year don't think she will bump into Katerina, this way we know for sure she won't be at the same school." Rose agrees. "wait what school does the little b***h go to?" Steven questions. Rose goes pale not ever thinking of that, but only hopes it's not the same school because she couldn't just rip Scarlett out now it'd be too suspicious..... "we will be ok don't worry, nothing to worry about." Steven says trying to calm down his mate.

Scarletts pov

I'm still not sure if they are my parents I still don't think they are. my wolf started talking to me a couple of days after these two were brought to this place. and she kept telling me that those vampires are not my parents. and I trust Diamond's judgment. I just have to keep pretending for now. Anthony on the other hand is a werewolf and is doing my parent's bidding to protect me and make sure no harm comes to me, he says the moon goddess came and spoke to him. I'm not sure if I trust him just yet but diamond seems to trust him. I don't go to the same school as my best friends anymore and am in a new school this year. hopefully, I can make new friends no problem. I just don't want any drama at all.

katerinas pov

I'm headed to school today with some new information, I just found out a couple of weeks ago the doc who helped deliver me lied to my parents. I'm their biological daughter. fate brought me back to my family and I'm glad, but now I just need to find my sister so I can let her know I'm her biological sister!!!!!! floral miss her too, I sometimes keep floral company to help take her mind off of Lily not being here. I just want my sister back. just as I was arriving at school I catch a familiar scent. but I can't quite place it but I know I've smelt the scent before. I know I've smelt that scent before but where I just can't place it I'll ask Kimberly and Carly if they've smelt a new scent around here.
