"I understand that, Kate," Zhang replied, "but the purpose of the contract is not to prepare for a divorce. It's to provide clarity and security for both of us in the event that it does happen."

Kate nodded, still feeling a bit wary. "Can you explain more about what the contract entails?"

"I think you're going too far now," Kate says in a serious tone, frowning.

"It may be true, but we must take into account that we will have and have many eyes and ears on us."

Kate nodded, feeling more and more convinced that the contract was a good idea. "So how do we go about creating this contract?"

"Well, we could start by sitting down with a lawyer," Zhang suggested. "They could help us draft a contract that is both fair and legally binding."

Kate nodded. "That makes sense. I guess I just need some time to think about it and process everything."

"Of course, take all the time you need," Zhang said, taking her hand. "I just want us to be prepared for any situation that might come our way."

Kate squeezed his hand back, feeling grateful for his care and thoughtfulness. "Thank you, Zhang. I appreciate you taking the time to explain everything to me."

"Anything for you, Kate," Zhang said with a small smile. "I just want to make sure we're both on the same page and that we take care of each other."
