Alex wasn’t sure if Cassian remembered saying he would only stay for half an hour. If he did, he didn’t let on. The meal itself took them more or less twenty minutes, and when that was done, Cassian insisted—passionately so—to clean up in the kitchen afterwards, much to Alex's surprise. Much like all the other time limits that Cassian had set in the past, the 30-minute deadline passed by effortlessly.
