*Chapter 7*

*Vic POV*

Cal literally just came out to us, like if he gay all this while, and has been crushing on me at least, I should’ve got a glimpse of him acting all “I’ve got a crush on u a little vibe”, tho is pretty good at hiding is emotions, but still something is up.

If he is gay, his parents would literally either disown him or kill him. I don’t even think gay existed in Nigeria, cos it banned no homosexuality’s allowed in my country. Something is seriously up, and I need to find out what is it? And I know how.

I might always act dumb in front of my friends, but am highly intelligent in here in my brain. Am gonna create a sss acc using my elder cousin’s pics, whom I never told my friend about cos he died at the early age of 17. Yeah too soon, he died of accident, on his way to school which he just got admitted to.

*Sniffs*

After creating the account with my cousin’s identity, am gonna DM him telling him I have a crush on him, there I will find out the truth. When my mind tells me something is wrong then something is definitely wrong, I don’t know why but I feel like Cal is lieing about something. But why? And what is it?.

I created the account quickly, and sent a DM to him, I don’t expect him to reply quickly, cos my friend request is not yet accepted by him. So I guess we can wait till tomorrow or later.

I called Marcy to share my thoughts with her, but she isn’t picking up, it either she is cooking with her mom or doing homeworkeading. I guess it time to read some notes about the class I miss.

*Marcy POV*

“Marcy my daughter, are u okay...”

“Am okay mom, it fine, am fine,” I replied walking straight to my room not wanting her to go further

Since cal came out to us is when my brain as been messy, I couldn’t think straight, work properly or even read a single word. If he is gay then my chances of being with him in future is zero, and worst part he had a crush on Vic. What if Vic decided to date him cos of his crush? What if Vic also had a crush on him too? What if Cal later end up with Vic and not me?. Jeez I can’t let that happen, I must complicate their relationship so they could stay friends, and I know exactly how. I smiled at my ringing phone, but didn’t pick it.

How I can change Cal’s sexuality? There is gotta be a way to make him either bisexual or straight. I can’t give up the guy have been crushing on since childhood. First of all, his parent won’t be happy if they heard of this which means I still have a chance. Second of all if I rat him out to his parent without anybody knowing is me make me also stand a chance. Lastly, I can even frame Vic, and be the good girl for Cal’s heart ♥️

I laugh at my thoughts and schemes. Firstly, I need a plan on carrying my thoughts out. Secondly, no one must know it me. Lastly, I need to make Cal fall in love with me. I smiled creepily

I stood up from my bed walked outside to meet my mom, and my brother.

“What are we having for dinner,” I said, looking excited

“What do u suggest,”

“How about I make it a surprise for u both,” I replied diving into the kitchen, let make some food.

Am sorry for what am bout to cause in people’s lives right now. U gotta be both good/bad person to get what u want.

*Cal POV*

“Mom...” I called

“What are you doing in my room?” I added dropping my phone?

“Well, I came to talk to u, but then I met u engrossed in typing with whom I guess are your friends that u didn’t even know I was standing right here all this while......”

“When did u came in,”

“Does it matter,” she replied

“Well u said u want to talk to me, so what is it, I hope I did nothing wrong,”

*smiles* “U did nothing wrong my son,”

“Okay, we’ll see,”

“U know your dad will be collecting his salary soon?”

“Yeah, why?”

“I want u to make a list of what u what for your coming up birthday,” she said smiling

“Uhm, my birthday is still in a month and dad is gonna collect another salary then,”

“Yes, but that salary is for something else you guys will see later,”

“What is it I want on my birthday that I don’t possibly have already,” I thought

“Can I throw a party where I invite my friends, and classmates?” I asked knowing the answer

“No, u can’t even though I would like u to do that, your father would disagree thoroughly,” mom said, which is true, dad is well disciplined, too disciplined.

“Okay, am going to make something,” I replied smiling back at her

“Now get up, and come downstairs for dinner,” she said standing up while patting my shoulder

“What are we having?”

“You’ll see,” she said, and walk out!

I stood up with my phone going downstairs when I saw a notification about someone sending me a friend request. Oops he can wait till tomorrow.

I close the door to my room, and head straight to Erica’s, I knocked on the door when I got, and opened it to see my sister learning some dance moves while dancing like a broom. I laughed

“Can’t u knock!!” She shouted

“I knocked and I opened big deal,” I replied

“What are u looking?”

“I came to thank, and know why u didn’t report me to dad,”

“Well, first of all, I can still report u cos dad wasn’t back when I arrived. Secondly, those three have been looking for your trouble they met u. Lastly, I know what dad might do to u if I reported, so technically am a good sister,” she ended her speech

“I love u,”

“I hate u too” she said instead turning my smile to frown

“Get me some water,” I said wanting to get back at her, when she started faking tears, I quickly leave her room. Never mess with your younger ones they’re cunning and wicked.

And yet my life keep changing do I really have the *courage to change*.
